I was disappointed with the overall customer service experience. The interactions felt very transactional and lacked the empathy and willingness to help that I typically expect from a customer service team. Even when a customer is frustrated, a little understanding and a solution-oriented approach can make a significant difference. It may be worthwhile to review customer communications with a greater focus on empathy and tone. Responses often came across as blunt and matter-of-fact rather than customer-focused, which left me feeling like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. I was also disappointed with the pricing and return experience. After comparing prices elsewhere, I found that the replacement part was being sold at a significant markup. When I ultimately needed to return it, I was responsible for return shipping and the return process itself was not handled in a way that left me feeling valued as a customer. Overall, I hope the company considers placing a greater emphasis on customer experience. Better communication, more empathy, and a more customer-friendly approach to pricing and returns would go a long way toward improving the experience.

Great resource being they have quality parts and a very well done video library of all sorts of how-to’s. Parts show up quickly (and I’m up in MN) and haven’t had any issues after three orders. Thanks guys, you rock!

These guys rock! The products I've bought so far have been of superb quality, and while some of the larger items can be a bit pricey, you're paying for something that will outlast the bike. On the one occasion where I had to use their customer service, the technician on the other end was helpful, compassionate, and got me what I needed in record time, despite me being suddenly deployed and only sporadically able to feed them info. These guys get five stars across the board, and should definitely give a raise to Brenden the customer service rep. Bravo Zulu, guys.

The best place for parts and quality customer service. Got a bad part from manufacturer (not CMC fault) sent one email and before i could even respond to their inquiry a new part was on its way. They go above and beyond to make sure you receive the best parts and tools to get the job done right.
