100% without a doubt STAY AWAY! about 2020ish time frame i dropped off my custom super moto off to be finished by duc and his "team" and long story short after MANY many texts back and forth and a few very rare expensive parts shipped to him and 4500$ later after 3 YEARS sitting at his shop not only did he give me the run around why my bike wasnt done and "him and his Co owner or business partner got a murder charge and many funerals" blah blah blah i got my bike with half the bolts missing the powder coat looks like it was done by a 2 year old all my parts that were rare and lost and most of my wiring harness cut up and other parts just missing or in a random box i see he has done this to many other people so if this sort of thing happened to you please reach out i would like to start a lawsuit against this guy and his business
I have a 2025 Indian scout bobber, I had them install foot control extension kit and a muffler slip-on. Fast service, good pricing and super cool staff. I definitely recommend this place for your bike services.
They seem to have good knowledge and technical skills, and it looks like they know what they’re doing. However, I wasn’t satisfied with the pricing, so I decided not to do the job there. At first, when they were going to handle everything, they showed me the part on their monitor and gave an estimate where the labor was about $100–$150 above the part cost, which seemed reasonable. But the next week, when I called and said I already had the part, they suddenly quoted me $380 just for the installation. This lack of consistency and transparency didn’t feel right to me, so I chose not to proceed.
Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to this shop. My bike was damaged from the fairings and a dented tank from being dropped inside a U-Haul and bike had a snapped chain. All the bike needed was new fairings and a new tank and the shop assured me they will make it look like “new” . fast forwarding after they had the bike for A YEAR, yes I said that right FOR A YEAR, I was assured the bike had a “new” original Yamaha tank, after inspecting it obviously looks like they did a slack of a job trying to cover up the dents which I can still see. They didn’t give me a new tank and the bike sat for a whole year. All they did was give me new fairings which I could’ve installed them myself within a day and they painted the tank and looks like they applied bondo very horribly because I can still see the dents. Bike was given to me dirty as hell with a lot of gunk in the outside surface of the engine, bike was never cleaned and returned to me with no coolant. You’re better off going to ANY OTHER shop in Houston
Duc and his team are incompetent plain and simple. I wont even get into my experiences first but let me tell you what I saw. Guy buys a brand new 15-20k supersport, comes to duc for a new exhaust and tune. It's running fine but when they finish the job the bike is not running smooth and is bogging/misfiring. Didn't flash ecu like they were supposed to and got lazy and wanted to slip to just slip the exhuast. They flash it and it still misfires and bogs then they try to take the blame off of themselves. They have a parts and fairings just laying all over the ground. They lost my parts and had to rush to get replacements, they've done the same with other people. They've have bikes that dont get worked on and sit there for months and months, I talked to people who were waiting to get their bike back for 6 months. They took nearly the same amount of time with mine. Honestly, theres so much wrong with the shop and they dont have reliable enough guys to do what I think are simple jobs outside of oil changes. Just stay away your time and money will thank you and yeah they messed up my repair my bike was the same before and after I sent it to Duc.
