Customer service customer service customer service! I cannot say enough positive things about their customer service. To keep it short was on a road trip, needed a part and there was a hiccup in ordering it. The dealership jumped on it right away and made it right! Their 5 Stars does not come just from their customer service. The service dept is very skilled and knowledgeable on their products and they also follow up. They have a very clean and well stocked showroom as well as accessories. Both the staff and the customers are very welcoming and pleasant people.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a loyal customer of Honda of Houston since 2001, back when they were located at the Bingle and Long Point location. When they moved to the 290 and West Road location, I followed them, and I’ve continued to support them at their current location as well. That kind of loyalty speaks for itself. Over the years, the service has consistently been outstanding. A special thank you goes to Shaun Martin in the service department for always providing excellent customer service, honest advice, and making sure everything is taken care of the right way. I also want to recognize Austin in the parts department. Our family is heavily involved in motocross, and Austin has always been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we get the right parts and accessories. His expertise and customer service are second to none. After more than 25 years of doing business with Honda of Houston, I can confidently say they have earned my trust and continued business. If you’re looking for a dealership with knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Honda of Houston.

I came to Honda of Houston to purchase a Honda CRF300F and submitted a financing application. Communication was extremely limited and consisted almost entirely of text messages with Brian. The motorcycle was supposedly in stock, then almost in stock. In any case, when I drove to the dealership the next day to see the bike and discuss financing, I was told my application was denied—and the motorcycle was already gone. What disappointed me the most was that the finance manager didn’t even take the time to speak with me. She simply came out, looked at me from across the showroom, and walked away. I also don’t understand why I was asked how long I had worked for my previous employer or how much I had earned there. Instead of asking irrelevant questions, it would have made much more sense to request my recent pay stubs along with reviewing my good credit score. Thank you for the experience. I then went to V1Moto. Just two days later, I became the owner of a Honda CRF300F, and yes—my financing was approved without all the unnecessary questions.

Picked up my 2026 Crf250r, this is my 3rd bike from HOH. The customer service is top notch, and I will continue to spend my money here. Rodrigo, Drew and Gerardo were all very helpful and made the whole transaction too smooth. Customer for life here!
