⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Houston Motorsports in H-Town! They accommodated me the very next day to bring in my new 2026 Yamaha RMAX4 XTR for its break-in service, and they completed everything the very same day. That was a huge deal for me since I had to rent a truck and trailer to transport the unit. Their pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work performed, and their attention to detail was exceptional. I have to say, I'm actually disappointed that I didn't purchase my RMAX from Houston Motorsports. After experiencing their level of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail, it's clear they are on another level. They absolutely blow the other dealerships I've dealt with out of the water. A special shout-out to Jacques Long, my Service Advisor. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely great to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process and made the entire experience stress-free. When I came back to pick up my RMAX, I was so impressed with the service that I decided to upgrade to new wheels and tires. Hector in Parts/Sales was just as outstanding. He listened to exactly what I wanted, understood my style, and recommended the perfect wheel and tire combination for my riding style. I absolutely love how my RMAX looks now! It's rare to find a dealership where every department delivers such an outstanding customer experience. Houston Motorsports has definitely earned my business going forward, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers.

After months of debating I finally got my new 2026 Kawasaki Mule pro FXT 1000 PLATINUM! Matt was a stellar sales guy and walked me through the models and did a great job every step of the way. I loved how I got to meet Hector in parts, then was taken to Steve in service. He was exceptional and I think even more excited than I was on my new UTV! Ariel in finance did a great job as well and made sure I was comfortable with the warranties I bought. All in all a great experience and I’ll be back for service when needed! GO HERE, THEY CARE!

These guys are pretty awesome! The advertised price, was the price! Initially setting everything up, I spoke and worked with Steven. Awesome guy, worked with me and understood my wants and budget. Helped make some decisions, based on again said budget. He then passed me over my salesman who went over everything, then turned me over to parts to get more stuff explained. This is my first PWC purchase. And then service explained more, showed me more things, and give me pointers about securing the PWC to the trailer. They’re worth checking out! My salesman Isiah was great! I purchased a used side x side. The process was fairly quick once I decided on what I wanted because I initially came for an ATV but left with a side by side from another location. They were happy to bring the unit to store near me so I could test drive it. My recommendation would be to examine your used throughout. I did not, mainly because I didn’t know what to look for. From my own research, their prices are fair and in most cases lower than competitors.

Great experience with Houston Motorsports from start to finish. We purchased a brand new Yamaha XMAX 300 that was still in the crate, which made the whole process even more exciting. Financing went through Yamaha, and we were honestly surprised at how strong the deal was. We were approved with zero down, and the terms ended up being better than expected. That alone made a big impression. Our sales rep, Josh, did an excellent job. He was straightforward, helpful, and kept everything moving. The entire process took about four hours, but that was partly on us since we missed a few email notifications that slowed things down. Otherwise, it would have been quicker. One thing that stood out was how fast they got the bike ready. Even though it was still boxed, they had it assembled and ready to go in about 30 to 40 minutes, which was impressive. Patrick, the Sales Manager, took time to walk us through the stop gap and full coverage warranty options. He explained everything clearly without pressure. We decided to pass, but the pricing and coverage they offered were very reasonable. Overall, highly impressed with the experience. Smooth process, strong financing, and a great team. Would definitely recommend Houston Motorsports.
