Great experience all around. Dealt with both Taylor and Daniel, Taylor gave me an OTD price over the phone and told me I would be in and out the door in an hour as I had obligations later in the day. No funny business, everything was as described including the price & time spent inside. Will certainly be doing business with them again if the opportunity arises. Best dealership experience to date as I have had some terrible experiences with other dealers in the past. Great crew to deal business with.
We’ve had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Tommy was so nice and patient with us and our many questions about the new Waverunners, even after the sale when we returned to ask about the new features we weren’t yet familiar with. Todd worked diligently to get us the right package for our price range. And we were especially high-maintenance for Frank, the parts manager. He worked with us for two weeks to get us our perfect life jackets cuz we kept changing our minds. We will enjoy seeing them all again when having our new ski serviced by Bradley and his team, who have always taken good care of our previous skis. Thank you all for the over-the-top great customer service!
they have a good selection of motorcycles with full exhaust. their parts salesman knows exactly what he is doing and gets you what you are looking for everytime. also the GM there does everything on his power to get you the deal you want and deserve!!
From buying my new 2026 waverunner to the first 10 hour service they have being great to do business with. Love the pit pass get the machine in before they closed and got a phone call at noon the next day that it was ready. All my questions were answered with a smile on their face. You can tell this guys love working there.
Staff and facility are professionally run. If you need assistance in purchasing or maintaining a watercraft, then this is the place to go. Our purchasing experience with Daniel, Todd, and Taylor were great. Sales staff are fully knowledgeable and financing dept. provided plenty of purchasing options. Management was always in touch throughout the process. Having owned Yamaha watercraft for over 20 years I can honestly tell you their service tech Bradley is the best in Texas.
