I was referred to In & Out Cycles by my tuner, Louis from Steadfast Performance. They not only installed my Brock's full exhaust system, but also my rear tail light and turn signals. I was very satisfied with the work they did on my bike. I will be going back for my first service on my 2025 GSX-R1000R. Thank you In & Out Cycles.

Serviced my Yamaha R6 (Liqui Moly synthetic engine oil and filter). Replaced my front tire with michelin pilot 5. Great prices, quick turnaround time. Highly recommended!!

To anyone who happens to read this message: if you find my experience—or, rather, my suggestion—useful, I would like to share it with you. Regarding the business known as "In and Out Cycle," located at 9034 Sweetwater Ln A, Houston, TX 77037: it is a very bad idea to take your motorcycle there or entrust it to their staff for repairs. The people who work there are not professionals—specifically the owner, named Joshua or Josué (though I cannot state with absolute certainty that this is his real name). They are disorganized (they misplaced my motorcycle key), disrespectful toward customers, and dishonest; they lack integrity, and it is impossible to deal with them on a human level. They do not communicate with—or provide updates to—the motorcycle owner regarding anything related to the bike (I went 15 days knowing absolutely nothing about my vehicle). I would call to check on the status of my bike, and it seemed as though they thought I was calling to ask them for money or to beg them for something. I sent them messages that went unanswered, and when they finally did answer, they would hang up on me, leaving me talking to myself; in fact, I actually had to call them back using a different phone number. Please—if you trust my judgment, I would greatly appreciate it—look for another shop if you wish to have your motorcycle repaired and have the peace of mind of knowing you are leaving it in good hands with professionals who are experts in their field, rather than leaving it with these types of malicious individuals who could very well cause damage to your bike, leaving you to suffer the consequences later while riding down the highway (you know exactly what I mean). Thank you!

Fantastic group of dudes here. They know bikes, they fix bikes. I got a flat today only a few blocks away from the shop. I looked these guys up, and they were even willing to possibly come pick up my bike. Fortunately I found my own tow - but In & Out Cycles did not let me down when I arrived. I quickly picked out a replacement and these guys went to work. I was able to get home without issue, safe and sound without incident. I am so thankful In & Out was close by, and willing and able to assist a fellow biker. Can't say enough about this shop. Only regret is I don't live closer so I can't make them my primary shop! Thanks again guys, you really saved me today.

The customer service there is top notch, the big thing for me is communication, and they were very responsive and professional during my experience. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful. If your looking for a place to service your motorcycle, side by side, atv, dirt bike, or any recreational vehicle, I highly recommend In & out cycles. Thanks again guys!
