Guys and girls DO NOT underestimate this place, this dude is straight up honest with great service. He will not break your bank account and work is done in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a motorcycle shop you can truly trust, Moto City HTX is it. The shop is clean, professional, and clearly run by people who care about both bikes and their customers. Alfonso helped me out, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions clearly, and never tried to upsell anything unnecessary. His knowledge and honesty really stood out. The service was smooth, efficient, and high quality. My bike came back feeling great, and the whole process was stress-free thanks to the communication and attention to detail. I’d recommend Moto City HTX without hesitation—great work, great people, and a shop you can feel confident going back to. Easy 5+ stars.

tried to call and ask a question about a service. would not answer my question, kept dodging the question and giving non answers. edit: *I guess the owner stalked my social media as they said I don't even ride - that or a sexist assumption. either way, wrong.
