it's important to share my experience. I purchased a pair of audio saddlebags from Powerhouse Customs, owned by Erik Contreras Unfortunately, the final product did not meet the specifications or quality I was expecting. The bags were not ported to the specifications I provided. In addition, the paint did not match my motorcycle. Before the work was completed, I offered to send a painted part from my bike so the color could be accurately matched accordingly. Erick declined and assured me that, because it was a candy paint with a light silver base, there was no need to send a sample and that matching it would be easy. However, when I received the bags, the color was noticeably different from my bike. One of the shop employees even acknowledged that the paint did not match to him. When I arrived to pick up my bags, they were sitting uncovered on a concrete floor, leaning against a wall instead of being protected. I also noticed that the backs of the bags still had primer on them and had not been completely finished. I made several respectful attempts to resolve these issues directly with Erick before saying anything publicly. Unfortunately, instead of working toward a resolution, I was blocked from contacting him by phone and on social media. I'm sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. This is simply an account of what I experienced, and I hope no one else has to deal with a similar situation.

Powerhouse Custom Cycles was highly recommended to us by one of our friends. We traveled on a day that the shop was not open, but Erik responded to our text and broke away from his family time to make sure we were able to drop off our bagger. The shop in Houston is gated with a private entrance and very clean. We also got to see some beautiful fully customized bikes while visiting. Erik was very kind and educated us on what to look for with our next purchase. We are looking forward to working with him on our own custom bike in the near future.

I didn't get any work don,they ordered parts for me.they still welcome me in to see their custom work. Very impressive, sound systems for your HOG and other projects also. Very knowledgeable about there art.

Had some bags painted here and they did a great job. The owner and team are very approachable. I do not own a big wheel bagger and they treated me the same. Thanks guys.
