I don’t usually leave reviews, but Stub Cycle truly earned this one. Yesterday, I purchased a Honda NX500 and traded in my Honda CRF300LS. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me with professionalism, respect, and genuine kindness. A special thank you to Kelvin, my Sales Consultant. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the right bike rather than just make a sale, and that made all the difference. I also want to thank Hunter, the Account Manager. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood every detail. He broke things down in a very simple and easy-to-understand way, which made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. And a big thank you to Mr. Tommy Brewer, the General Manager. What a wonderful gentleman. He has a great personality, a warm sense of humor, and knows how to make people feel welcome. From the moment I met him, he made me feel right at home. It’s easy to see why the dealership has such a positive atmosphere with leadership like his. What impressed me most was how comfortable everyone made me feel. Sometimes dealerships can feel intimidating or overly focused on the sale, but that was not my experience at Stub Cycle. The entire team treated me like family and made the whole process enjoyable. I absolutely love my new Honda NX500 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re looking for a motorcycle and want to deal with honest, friendly, and professional people who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend Stub Cycle. I definitely have to take this time to shout out sales team member Leah Martinez! From the beginning of my inquiry she reached out right away was never pushy and allowed me to change my mind 3x until I finally decided on a bike! She was extremely patient and knowledgeable on the bikes and had a great personality!! I Just purchased my first NEW bike from here and I am very happy with it only one complaint and i am an little upset a buddy of mine got a lowering kit package included with his sale so that almost made me put a 4 star because I didn’t get my lowering kit package included into my sale. But I can’t do that to Leah as she did amazing! She made the entire process very easy and stress free! Would highly recommend her! Will be returning to her when I’m ready to upgrade in a year or two.

Leah and the entire Subbs staff are absolutely amazing. I purchased an 2025 ADV 150 my experience was amazing. From purchasing the scooter to the help to how they explained the scooter was top notch. I absolutely love the scooter. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the time I walked in to the time I rode away.

Purchased a 2025 Goldwing Tour DCT Airbag at Stubbs and the entire process from beginning to driving off the lot on my new bike was exceptional. Leah Martinez is one of the best sales persons I’ve ever dealt with. The parts department is outstanding and has or can get everything you need for your bike. The sales manager was great to work with and the financing was easy. Recommend Stubbs to anyone looking for a quality experience!
