These people did right by me when purchasing my first street bike. Not only where they well knowledge with the bikes, but also make sure I was comfortable with what I was riding. My man Russell hooked me up!!! I even brought in an a quote from another dealership and they went beyond just matching what I was offered and went lower to help me get my first bike. And hook me up with a really good three-year warranty. But definitely would recommend coming here. The customer service is fantastic and they have a beautiful showroom.

From start to finish, the team treated me like a friend rather than just another customer. ​The entire process was seamless: ​Sales: Ox was fantastic and made the buying process easy and stress-free. ​Management: Ivan ran a tight ship and ensured everything was handled professionally. ​Parts: Kat helped me get set up with my new HJC helmet (great selection in stock!). ​Customer Service: Barbara was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt valued throughout. ​What really stood out was their flexibility. Since I was still waiting on my M-endorsement appointment, they accommodated my request to have the bike delivered to my home. That kind of service is rare and much appreciated! ​A friend from my MSF course actually bought his Rebel 500 here as well, so they are clearly the go-to spot for the Rebel family. Had a great experience at this dealership! Went in Tuesday April 2nd. Trae was a great salesman I would ask for him next time I want to buy a bike. Was really after the new 2026 Honda CBR650R. I called down there in the morning and Trae answered said they had one there. I couldn't get there until around 5pm and still walked out with the bike that same night! They stayed late so I could ride it home. Such nice people. Ox is another cool dude I knew him when he worked at the Mancuso Harley place. I love me some Mancuso! I have now bought a bike from 3 different Mancuso locations. I've always been taken care of. You want a bike? Go to Mancuso and ask for Trae.

I initially called another local shop because I always thought dealerships were more expensive, but I ended up calling Team Mancuso Powersports 59 just to compare prices. Andrew answered the phone and gave me a quote for my oil change, and they actually ended up being $50 cheaper than the other shop. I brought in my 2024 Suzuki GSX-8S and the service was excellent. Isayah, the mechanic, was very knowledgeable and performed the oil change along with a full inspection. Everything checked out great with the bike, but they honestly advised me that I’ll need new tires and a brake fluid flush soon. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism. The whole visit took about an hour, and Andrew’s customer service was outstanding — he even let me use his phone charger while I waited. Very happy with the experience and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I received excellent service from Mancuso Powersporte SW. The service writer Brewar did a great job getting me scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. He explained the process from start to finish. The service technician, Quy, spent the time explaining the service and offered sound advice to make my machine run better and last longer. These are complex machines and need competent maintenance. Job well done. Also, Al the parts manager helped as well. Thanks to all.
