I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid around $1,500 for diagnosis, labor, and repairs, yet my ATV came back with the same issue, still not functioning properly. When I sought resolution, they wanted more money just to look at it again, with no guarantee. I’ve now paid twice and received no results. To top it off, my bike was stuck in their shop for over two months. At the end, all they said was, “Sorry, we could only do what we could.” I can’t recommend this shop based on my experience. Now I’m forced to find another ATV shop probably not even the dealership just to finally get it fixed. What an inconvenience after all this wasted time and money. After my original review, I started inspecting the ATV myself and found the spark plugs to be heavily used. What is especially frustrating is that I specifically asked about the spark plugs, plug wires, and coils during the diagnostic process and was told they looked fine. Discovering their condition myself after paying for diagnostics and repairs makes me question how thorough the inspection really was. While the paperwork shows an injector flush and injector replacement, I expected a complete diagnosis and clear communication about any issues that needed attention. Instead, I’m left with the same problem I brought it in for and more concerns than answers.

I recently purchased a 2022 Road Glide Limited from Team Mancuso Gulf Freeway, and I couldn't be more impressed and satisfied with my experience, from walk in to riding my bike out. Alex in sales found me the right bike, got what I needed on my trade in and Megan in finance made the magic happen! These folks stayed way late on a Saturday night to get everything done for the ole lady and I. They absolutely earned repeat business from my tribe and a standing recommendation to anyone in the market for a new/used motorcycle, atv, jetski, etc. They have what youre looking for and will go the extra mile for you.

He took the time to show me all the bikes I was interested in and answered all my questions about each make and model. Excellent customer service. Tatiana was amazing from the first phone call to the final sale . Megan was amazing as well . Both are very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. They both made our experience worth driving to buy from this location. We live in Coldspring. All team members including management were friendly and everyone we came across greeted us with a smile . I highly recommend buying from them and we will return for future purchases. 5 ⭐️ rating !!!

I recently had an amazing experience at mancuso gulf free way, a salesman named Alex worked with me on financing a Kawasaki eliminator. He made everything clear, easy to understand, and was so helpful. Any question I asked he had an answer for. Mancuso power sports will likely be my spot for anything motorcycle related :)
