If i could give this place zero stars I would. Customer service is the worst I've seen. My husband and I went in there to purchase a Honda Pioneer. We waited approximately 10mins before anyone acknowledged us. We were told someone will be with us, he's finishing up". we continued to wait approximately 10 mins more as we looked outside. We went back inside, were someone decided to help us. we asked a simple question, the salesman said i need to get all of your info first. The question that was asked did not require giving my personal information. Time waisted.

My wife and I were on the hunt for a new Suzuki King Quad 750 since my daughter and I killed our 08. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan M for our sales person. Due to living over two hours away most of our deals were via phone and electronic. Jordan was probably the most honest and down to earth sales person I’ve ever dealt with. It was like talking to an old friend. Once everything was set up we made the trip and picked up our new ride. Nothing changes in person. Jordan was again great. The finance guy Chris was very fast (as fast as finance can be anyway) answered every question we had without seeming put out. The service manager (Isaac I think) met with us and gave us a break down on all maintenance options and made sure we understood all break in methods and answered our random questions. Over all Mancuso Power Sports north off North FWY had the best price I could find in Texas and even beat the other Mancuso stores. Everyone we dealt with offered add ons of some form but did not attempt to be the push overselling guy. I can’t speak highly enough about these guys.

Took my 2021 Can Am Ryker. The right fender light stopped working after the storm. They took 2 days to quote me $2200 for repairs. 😳 Issac told me all of the wires and wire harness needed to be replaced. That even tho the other side worked, it was damaged as well.He said the wires are rubbing and causing sparks. I rode twice a week and had not seen anything of the sort. I noticed the wires had been loosened on both sides now. I was shocked and felt taken advantage of because I’m a woman. I decided to take the Can Am somewhere else and it simply needed a butt splice. The light is working good as new. Took 20 minutes. Also when I went to pick up my Ryker it was BEYOND filthy. It looks like it was left outside during the rain. There is also damage to my seat as though they sat something heavy made of metal on it bcuz the deep scratches on the seat can’t be wiped off. I would NOT recommend this location. They don’t care for your equipment and they don’t care for you as a person and that equates to bad business. But if you have money to throw away, by all means, drop your toy here and pay the price. If this is how they handle service, I’m sure it’s how they handle sales as well. Terrible experience.

Bought our new Can-am Defender with them. Very friendly staff and put up with all my wishy-washyness until we made our minds up. Very easy to get everything done. Loved this store and professionalism!

Josh made the entire purchase process a breeze especially being from out of town. Chris in finance went above and beyond working with the bank to expedite this purchase. Upon pickup the team got us in and out in a reasonable time frame and offered a lot of help with towing a bike the first time and getting it loaded down securely. All in all I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.
