I am the proud first owner of a 2013 Thunderbird Storm, with many fond memories surrounding the bike and the many years that have passed. Originally purchased in Katy, I came to a point where I needed a new dealership for the service items that were beyond my comfort zone. I brought my bike in for an assessment after the development of a sound in my clutch while holding the clutch cable in between gears. After a thorough diagnostic by Triumph Houston, it was determined that the input shaft had a failing bearing. This is an engine out, upside down repair. 15 book hours of labor just to replace that bearing. They told me that I could probably have a used engine installed for less money, but then I still wouldn't know what I owned. I could have gone and bought I used bike, but it wouldn't have any of my sentimental attachments. The windscreen was a Father's Day gift, I painted and installed the saddlebags, customize the exhaust system, installed power command equipment and so many other things over the years. I made the easy decision to pay professionals to do the work right, so that I could have my baby back despite the nearly $5,000 worth of work. While the engine was out, I had them replace the clutch plates with 46,000 miles, a failing throttle position sensor, and perform a valve clearance check before the engine was returned to the frame. In the time my bike was at the shop, I made a few visits to check on the progress with Brandon the service tech, and take photographs for a review. Pedro the tech is exceptionally detailed-oriented, and well organized. During the reassembly they opened my gas tank, and replace the filter after a problems with old gas. A step above towards exceptional service in the end. I received my bike back fully detailed with a box with the old shaft and bearing, seals, and replaced bolts as requested. I'm elated she is in in better working order than she's been in years, and would highly recommend them to take care of your precious baby too.

Kathryn is the best. Everyone there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and clearly love the brand they're pushing, and Kathryn is just the bees knees. My buying experience was 1000 times smoother thanks to her. Bubbly. Efficient. Reliable. Just like my new Triumph. Update: great service too! Brandon is a real one as well as the maestro(s) in the garage.

Once I went through dealership door was suddenly attracted by temptation and shining dreams, all my favorites Triumphs were there flirting at me. Then, ordering parts for my bike was easy. Juan, one of the friendly staff members took care of me quickly. The place also has shirts, gloves, jackets, helmets and add ons for your Triumph. Bikes apart Kathryne, the confident sales lady makes you feel totally at home and has all the info you may need. To see Pedro the hardworking technician taking care of the bikes it’s a complete delight. A hard place to leave for sure!

Great new official Triumph dealer/repair shop near downtown Houston. I took in my '07 Speed Triple for a long overdue maintenance and they also helped fixed some issues I was having with my bike. I first reached out to them using their website and they returned my call the same day. Juan and Pedro took great care of my bike, changed all the fluids and fixed the main idle/stalling issue my bike had. They even cleaned my bike up as best they could as it was sitting in my garage unused for a while and it was returned to me fresh and clean. They kept me in the loop with text messages and phone calls and made sure to get my permission before doing any work on my bike. I took my bike in on Thursday and it was ready by Saturday. Juan even gave me a ride back to midtown after I dropped off my bike. The shop is brand new, clean and organized, and there's a bunch of cool official Triumph gear in their main showroom. These guys have definitely earned my trust and will be my go to shop for my bike from now on.

Right next to the Freeway, the outside does not look like much but once you enter, you will see what makes this dealer awesome. From the sales staff with Kathryn who makes buying your bike a great experience to Brandon for anything in making the bike yours from upgrades to great service advise. Love my Street Triple RS, and going back when my oldest is ready for his first bike, eyeing the Trident 660.
