Exceptional Experience – Well Worth the Drive from Austin! ​I was searching everywhere for a 2026 Honda NC750X DCT, and it was absolutely nowhere to be found in the Austin area. I can't say enough great things about Rich at Wild West Motoplex. He helped my wife purchase her Yamaha R3 and assisted me with buying my BMW S1000RR, and both experiences were outstanding from start to finish. Rich is genuinely one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He's never pushy or trying to pressure you into a sale. Instead, he takes the time to answer questions, explain your options, and make sure you're comfortable with your decision. His knowledge of motorcycles is impressive, and it's clear that he truly enjoys helping riders find the right bike. What really sets Rich apart is his commitment to customer service. Even after the sale, he checks in to make sure everything is going well and that the entire experience met expectations. That level of care is hard to find these days. I called just about every dealer in Texas trying to find a deal on a CRF450RL, so I’ll admit—I’m not the easiest customer. Even though Wild West wasn’t the absolute cheapest (another dealer beat them by about $300), they were about 4 hours closer, which mattered to me. Andrew was great to work with—easygoing, straightforward, and made the process smooth enough that I didn’t feel the need to chase the absolute lowest price. Brandi handled the financing and was awesome as well. She got me a solid rate considering the current market, and made everything painless. Overall, it was about as good of a dealership experience as you can hope for. One thing worth mentioning: Wild West owns a cycle shop closer to me, and their salesperson there quoted me about $50 more for the same bike. When I asked if they could match Andrew’s offer, the guy didn’t handle it well at all. On principle, I ended up driving the extra hour to buy from Andrew instead. Glad I did—definitely recommend working with the main team at Wild West. I'll be a repeat customer and would recommend friends. They even loaded the bike for me. 🔥

Best experience purchasing my dream bike! Billy (my sales expert) was awesome, explained the entire process and went over all the features with me. Brandi (finance manager) got me the best deal and worked tirelessly on my behalf to ensure I got the best deal. I really appreciate the team at Wild West Motoplex, they are simply the best!!!

10/10. Absolutely awesome experience with Rich during the purchase of my bike. He always made sure to follow up and keep me updated with my purchase. I purchased this over the phone and he shared photos and videos anytime I asked. Rich went above and beyond with the sale and I cannot say enough good things about how smooth the process went. Brandi was the finance lady I dealt with and she was a breeze as well. She made the process simple and always returned my calls when I had questions. I highly recommend purchasing your bike from Wild West.
