G&G movers were excellent. From first contact, pricing, timing and customer service. I could not recommend a better company. My wife and I only had 1 large and heavy item to move, all other moving companies were charging full house moving prices upwards of $600. These guys were fantastic. I really couldn’t be happier and can’t hype them up enough! Thanks again!

Julio and his helper (I don’t remember his name) did an amazing job. Both hard workers, and they are quick, efficient, and they make sure all your belongings are secured. Definitely recommend their services!! And whenever it’s time for us to move again (we are renting) we will definitely use them. Thank you so much!!

I needed to move the contents of my living room into an on-site storage pod (800PackRat, A+!) and G&G Movers responded quickly to my Yelp request and were very easy to work with. They sent out two movers (Miguel and Wilmer) and those guys did a fantastic job of protecting my stuff and moving it out. I believe their rates are on their Yelp page and I highly recommend their service.

⚠️ WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH G&G MOVERS ⚠️ This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. As a single woman moving from a one-bedroom apartment (with private elevator access) to another one-bedroom apartment just 15 minutes away—this should have been a straightforward move. Instead, it turned into a five-hour nightmare. My bed was already disassembled, my mattress was covered and ready for transport, and all wall art and boxes were organized in one place. With minimal furniture and elevator access at both locations, this move should have taken no more than three hours—even with reasonable delays. However, I noticed significant time-wasting. Between each trip upstairs, the movers took 20-minute breaks in the truck. When I went downstairs to check, I found them leaning against the truck, talking, and clearly stalling to run up the clock. The worst part came during the short drive to my new apartment—less than 15 minutes away. Somehow, the movers and my belongings “got lost” for over an hour. I repeatedly called, only to be told they couldn’t find the address. Finally, I drove one minute down the street and found them parked there. Completely unacceptable and clearly intentional. G&G Movers deliberately turned what should have been a 2–3 hour move into a 5-hour scam to charge more money. Their conduct was dishonest, manipulative, and unprofessional. If you still decide to use this company after reading this, follow them on every trip and monitor your belongings closely—otherwise, expect to be taken advantage of. Save yourself the frustration and money—go with a reputable moving company that values integrity. Your response only reinforces how unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable this company is. The personal attacks and fabricated claims speak for themselves and should serve as a clear warning to anyone considering your services. • The elevators were reserved exclusively for my move — a requirement any resident of a luxury building can confirm. Concierge even provided your team with a tutorial. I personally operated the private freight elevator multiple times due to your repeated 20-minute disappearances between trips at the first location. I can provide screenshots of the reservation if needed. • Your bullet points are completely inaccurate. You acknowledged there was minimal furniture and mostly bags with clothes and shoes. Bags into a basket is faster than boxing on a single dolly— so claiming that bags slowed the process is simply false. • Your statement about waiting 40 minutes for a train is also untrue. There is a tunnel your truck passed through under the tracks. During the hour you were “lost,” you did not communicate at all despite my multiple calls. I ultimately found your truck two blocks away — nowhere near train tracks — with both movers sitting on their phones. • The extra hours you added to the bill would have gone toward tipping your movers, but you chose dishonesty and time-padding over professionalism. I have always respected the work movers do, and I never expect anyone to work for free. Hiring movers is a luxury service, and you turned what should have been a smooth experience into a nightmare. • For accuracy: after the move — a move where I had to physically help carry my own couch and dresser while you two stood by — I sent the message, “You all are dishonest and scammers. I will leave a review warning people of your scam and horrible business on every outlet I can find.” That was not a threat. It was a factual statement about holding your company accountable. The “discount” you referenced was simply you removing the one hour you were unaccounted for — that is not a courtesy; it is correcting your own misconduct. You still turned a quoted 2-hour move into nearly 5 hours. Moving is stressful enough on its own. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable, professional company — not these scammers.
