Fantastic experience - easily the best and smoothest moving company we have leveraged. The movers were very professional, strong, efficient, and trust worthy. Additionally, Ryan was very extensive with the amount of detail shared and transparent when helping us to get set up. Ten out of ten, would recommend and use again.

Dee, Aaron, Jason & Ash, From start to finish the team did an awesome job. The team leader Mr. Dee is an outstanding leader and person. He oversaw and orchestrated all 3 phases of our move to 3 separate locations. Texas panhandle, Indiana and storage until our new home is ready in Florida. Having employees that are actively engaged to support one another as it pertains to completing the workload is critical in this line of work. Anyone can call themselves a mover, but working at this level is demanding both physically and mentally. Packing, packing & more packing, then loading onto the trucks. The team was thorough, treated our antique furniture with respect and made sure each piece was secured with shrink wrap prior to loading. The team arrived with a smile on their faces prior to each job and finished each day with smiles. Each team member thanked us for choosing Graceful Moves. Thank you Graceful Moves and Team Dee! I modified my original 1-star review to a 3-star review, as Graceful Moves (finally) made restitution on a missing/stolen item. I cannot, however, in good conscience, remove my review completely, because of the difficulty in getting them to do so. There are multiple reviews out there by women, on Google and Yelp, who say the move went needlessly and painlessly slow. The quote you will get is by the hour, so you do the math.... That unfortunately describes my move. When I requested with management that the pace of the move pick up, it obviously angered one of the moving men, and my move went sideways from there. On the plus side, no items were damaged in the move, and the move did come in under estimate (but would have gone over estimate had I not said anything). I actually DO believe Graceful Movers can and will do better on your move. However... ...request a FLAT RATE quote. Doing so will provide incentive for the movers to work judiciously, and will provide peace of mind on what you will pay.

Ashton, Xavier, Aaron, Ryan, Tio, and Jason were all amazing through the packing and moving process. From packing boxes to setting up beds, they worked tirelessly for hours on end!
