100% bait and switch scam! These people will quote you a “too good to be true price” then extort you a few days before your move and nearly double your quoted price. Google search “Moving company scams”, and this is exactly what you will get with this company. We signed a contract for $5,000 and paid a $1,000 deposit a month in advance just to be contacted a few days before the move with a carefully calculated call to inflate the volume of our belongings and change our contract cost from $5k to $8k with no time to arrange an alternative company. Jason Moore was our sales representative who staged the scam then rejected our request to return the $1,000 deposit forcing us to make a stressful last minute move ourselves.

This was the best moving experience I have ever had! Ismael, Cuva, and Luis were outstanding! They were polite, courteous, and HIGHLY efficient! I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the job they did!

RUNNNNN away from this moving company!!! This a local moving company that I utilized and that was a BIG mistake. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I've experienced multiple issues and was inconvenienced several days. On 12/15/25, I spoke to the owner, Cervando and scheduled my move to take place on 12/29/25. On moving day, they had no record of the move so my move was changed to 12/30/25. I have a genuine leather sofa with a chaise lounge attached. When my sofa was setup at the new location, the movers failed to screw in the two center support legs that distribute the weight evenly, so after they left and I sat down on my sofa, it fell on the floor causing damage to the wood that surround where one of the other legs screw in. Upon their return the next day to look at the damage, it was determined the mover stripped one leg and placed tape on it to hold it in and he also misplaced one of the center support beams, so currently I only have one support beam holding up the center of my chaise lounge. They were unable to locate the other leg/beam on their truck. They came to my place two days in a row trying to complete the repair themselves but were unsuccessful. They loaded up my sofa and I was advised the sofa would be taken to an Upholstery shop to be repaired. My sofa was never taken to the shop as stated. Apparently, the manager instructed them not to take it there. Two days later they returned my sofa to me with the stripped leg repaired, but during the repairs they drug my sofa on the ground, so now the leather is damaged/missing on the corner of my chaise lounge. They will not compensate me for that damage. I now have a damaged sofa with a missing leg as a result of working with this company. In addition to that, my gun was stolen out of my nightstand. Sonia, the owners wife, advised me to move forward with filling a police report and they would launch an internal investigation. I've paid them $900 cash for this move so I am unable to stop payment. They have not offered me any compensation for the damage. I will file a complaint with the BBB, and I will take them to small claims court if this is not resolved asap! RUNNNNNN from this company!!!

I scheduled my move for Friday & they showed up & got right to work. I was very impressed with their service about 2 hours in we were almost done clearing out a 3 bedroom apartment. Provided wardrobe boxes to remove all the clothing & there was no damage done to any of my items, I will definitely recommend this company and will be using them from this point on. Check them out u will not be disappointed & their rates were reasonable…these men work they do not come to play!

I was going to use this company but when I mentioned this company to a friend she went on to tell me how horrible this company was. Referrals matters.... It's important to speak to your friends when making huge decisions. After reviewing all the negative reviews I will NOT be using them. It's power is strolling to the negative reviews first. My friend is very trust-worthy liable source. Unfortunate for her she's been unsuccessful in getting them to pick up the phones to right their wrongs for destroying her couch. They even stole her firearm. So sad. All of that for $900.00 (destroyed and stolen items). SHE PAID THEM TO RUIN HER ITEMS. Smh No thank you!!!
