I had a scheduled arrival window of 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., but it was later pushed back to 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., which was a bit frustrating. However, once the Pack It Movers team arrived, they were professional, efficient, and worked quickly to get everything packed. They handled my belongings with care and made the process much smoother than I expected. Despite the delay, I would use them again. Just keep in mind that the arrival window may vary, so it's a good idea to allow for some flexibility in your schedule.

Scheduled to have movers come on Sunday between 9-11am, but they called and said they would be there between 1-3pm, then called at 2:45pm and said they would have to reschedule for the next day. Not good customer service. No one called to apologize or to see what happened.

Christian and Lou were beyond amazing helping us move our home. We moved from a 3 story 3 bedroom townhome into our new home and had 0 issues and 0 damages to our property and both homes once it was all said and done. Highly recommend using these guys anytime you are looking to move!
