Edit: Pinpoint reached out and provided a resolution to refund a portion of the move. This is the second time using Pinpoint movers, the first time was successful enough that I was willing to hire them a second time. However, this time was atrocious. The movers were slow, uncaring, and packed the truck so poorly that everything would not fit in a single trip, which is unreasonable as the prior move with the same movers actually had more items than this one did. The carelessness of the movers broke many of my items and a significant number of antique items were damaged as well. I was so upset with how my things were being handled, I asked if the movers to place everything in a central location in the new house, and myself and my spouse moved everything ourselves. Then I had to rent a U-Haul out of my own pocket to move the remaining items. When I reached out to pinpoint movers, they sent me a claim form, advised me that they will only pay $0.60 per pound of each item, and more importantly they have not offered any type of a refund or compensation for a $1,300 move that was well below any standard of care. I'm so incredibly disappointed, I understand things get broken during moves, I'm never going to expect perfection, but I do expect some level of respect for both myself and my items, which unfortunately, I did not receive.

Fabbrico and team were so wonderful to work with! They quickly and carefully packed everything in their truck and just as thoughtfully unloaded into my new place in such a timely manner! I highly recommend their services!

I cannot thank Elkis, Fabricio, and Carlos enough for coming to the rescue when I was desperately in need of help with my move! They truly saved the day. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced at what they do. They handled every item with care and made sure everything was unloaded properly and safely. Despite the circumstances, they made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Elkis, Fabricio, and Carlos did an outstanding job, and I’m so grateful for their hard work and professionalism. If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and trustworthy moving company, I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Pinpoint Movers were a godsend for us for our relocation from League City to Central Florida. They were the most reasonably priced to begin with, and came in clutch with a solid discount on a second truck that we ended up needing to bring all of our belongings with us. Very appreciative to Rey, Mario, Dimitri, and all the other great folks at this company!

Couldn’t ask for a better mover experience, fast, efficient, affordable, and got it all done in the time we requested. The guys were super respectful of all of our stuff and helped wrap everything. My roommate and I were trying to help but they were literally faster than we were able to be. Service with a smile, our crew was Richie, Favio, and Alejandro. Couldn’t recommend them more, I’d give 6 stars if it was an option!
