When I moved to Houston last Summer, Elegant Nails was the first place I tried and I’ve never looked back. The staff is welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely want you to feel your best when you leave. Tara never misses; she always gets the vision and goes above and beyond to execute it, and Cici and Vincent make sure you’re relaxed and rejuvenated. I can’t recommend them enough!
The second worst pedicure I’ve had. And I’m the person who will politely give several chances during the service, still til, and be polite. However, I asked three times for the water to be hotter. To the point where my feet were freezing. She then took the water in a bowl and put the cold water in the next station instead of just breaking the liner and starting over. Fine. Then during my service I asked her to not use the foot grater because the micro cuts actually make skin rougher over time, and it’s my preference. So I asked for the pumice which I get everywhere else. I’m 32 so I’ve had hundreds of pedicures. I know what they include. She barely scrubbed my feet. So I asked her nicely to do it again because there was visible dead skin. She barely did anything. Then she added barely warm paraffin as if that will help when I need to go in again in a week because it wasn’t done right. My chair was SO uncomfortable my butt was in PAIN. They used the drill for everything. I’m paying for gel removal. Im paying high prices, use a FILE. There was no one in there. Use acetone. Take your time. I just don’t understand. I hate what services have come to. Then to make manners worse, if they had a second woman come and finish the pedicure, I guess because the other one was leaving, and she proceeded to clip the corners of my nails to try and dig out hang nails I didn’t ask her to do.. and turned my square nails round when I specifically said I wanted square I won’t be back and I never should have cheated on my other salon for convenience
My friend and I made a last minute decision to do our nails on my bday and everyone very nice and friendly!! Lana did our cat eye nails and it looked great! The only thing is that I wish they have more color selection on the cat eye nails. The color options are towards the darker tone and I was looking for lighter, more pastel palette. But overall experience is great and definitely returning for the service!!
Came in with my husband for gel X and pedicures and we both had such a great experience. The salon was clean, relaxing and well organized from the moment we walked in. I got gel X and I’m honestly obsessed, the shape is perfect, not bulky at all and the design came out even better than I expected. They really took their time and paid attention to every little detail. Customer service was top notch, everyone was friendly and welcoming without being pushy or rush. You can tell they care about their work and the clients.
Tara(i think thats her name) did a wonderful job doing my nails, first time getting the trendy cateye and she did amazing! I also got a foot spa and they took care of my feet and my toe nails. My feet looks and feels so clean! Highly recommend!
