Overall, my experience was a neutral one. Prices are average. The menu is outdated so I’m including up-to-date ones as of July 2026. The facility is clean but in areas it can feel a little cheap. I got a pedicure with gel. It was just OK. A little sloppy with the gel polish and shape. Decent but not excellent. She was sweet, though. As I was leaving, they kindly offered to fix my nails, but I had to leave. I’m glad that they take feedback seriously unlike other businesses. The Internet was not working, which was disappointing because I took my laptop to work, but couldn’t.

As much as I wanted to love my nails, I left feeling disappointed. I felt like my nail technician was rushed throughout my appointment, which resulted in a lack of attention to detail and care. There is noticeable product left underneath my nails from overapplication, and the shape doesn’t look as neat or symmetrical as I expected. Additionally, the red French tip is pushed too far back on one side instead of being clean and evenly aligned, making it look uneven. Considering how much I paid for this service, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I left feeling let down by the overall experience.

Excellent service! Definitely a relaxing experience, customer service is great and you feel very relaxed. They were wonderful helping me select a color. Also Loved their ice coffee as a treat!

Ms. Lan did an amazing job on my pedicure! She was so kind, gentle, and paid attention to every little detail. My feet have never looked or felt better. She made the whole experience relaxing, and you can tell she truly cares about her work. I highly recommend booking with Ms. Lan, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lily, my tech, was kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got my money worth! Try them out for yourself!
