I’ve been in Houston for a year and I finally found a nail salon that works best for me. I got gel X here and it lasted three weeks and looked great all the way until the end. I’ve been so frustrated with places that advertise the service, but don’t use the real product! This place uses only quality product products and everyone is so nice and the cleaning protocol is impressive. It’s beautiful welcoming And they do really amazing work!! I love Trish for my gel X!!! She is so meticulous. The pink set was the first one I got that lasted three weeks and still probably could’ve gone another week!

Just want to rant honestly. I’m a regular here. It’s not the first time my nail tech April has been backed up from her previous client but waiting 30 minutes (HALF AN HOUR) is insane. I really dont care what the previous client asked for and how strenuous the design was. I should’ve been notified that the wait was gonna be long bc the previous appt was taking longer than expected. When it was finally my turn, I asked for small-medium almond pink french tips. Not a crazy design, I’ve gotten regular french tips here before from her and it takes like an hr. Why was my appointment at 5 pm and I left at 7pm? Lol and then you wanna look straight at my face and charge me $95 for uneven french tips that I asked to be adjusted several times. I’m livid lmaoooo. I really liked you guys, and this establishment, but I don’t appreciate being disrespected. The owner is alright though—adjusted my bill (after I asked, he didnt offer). Yall have to get a better system than making clients wait for 30 mins with no warning or update. I had to ask yall if she was even here when no once checked on me still waiting in the lobby after 15 mins and everyone who came after me is getting called up. Yall wouldn’t take clients being 30 minutes late, so why would you think it’s acceptable to play with your clients’ time like that? Idk if it’s me being a regular or me being asian that made yall so comfortable being incompetent, but this is definitely the last time.

Amelia was wonderful!!! She did a beautiful French tip set (gel x ) .. so natural looking and a cute lip/kiss design for VDay! My go to is JJ and I swear the best nail sets/designs I’ve ever had in my life. This place is worth the $$$ every time ❤️👏🏼💯

Another cute set from Gloss!!! They really never disappoint! I worked with Tracy for this set and she did an incredible job. She was so kind and professional, and my nails came out even better than expected!! Thank you 💅🏼🩷

Seriously the real deal. I love nail art but always feel that the pricing doesn’t match the skill, definitely not the case at Gloss. The gel-x here is by far the best I’ve ever gotten and survives my service industry job for weeks. Shoutout Vivienne she is worth every penny!
