⸻ I was visiting Houston and my cousins recommended this salon since it was close to their hotel. The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is very nice. Customer service was great and the wait time was short. My nail tech, My, did an amazing job on my nails. I liked it so much that I came back two days later for a pedicure with Ivy, and her foot massage was fantastic. The only reason for 4 stars is that I was charged $20 for a polish change to match my nails, even though I had just gotten them done there two days earlier (they discounted it from $30, which I appreciated). Unfortunately, the polish on one of my toes came off shortly after, and one of my nails chipped, so I had to repaint it myself. Overall, the salon is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the technicians are very talented. I’d still recommend it.

I have been a customer since 2022. I love the atmosphere and excellent service. My Nail tech is Suri. She’s the best. I can show her a picture and she creates the nail art better than the photo. And Janet does my pedicures! She does a great job. The owners are very kind and caring!

I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years, my nail tech! Her name is My! The consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. Every appointment is a great experience, and my nails always look beautiful and last for weeks. What I appreciate most is the care that’s put into every service. My nail tech takes the time to make sure everything is done perfectly, keeps a clean and welcoming environment, and is always friendly and accommodating. Look at the beautiful job she did on my recent visit. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails!

I had an amazing experience, they truly do make you feel like royalty !!! On top of beauticians - it’s almost like they’re therapists too 😂🩷 I will definitely be coming back. I cannot stress enough how much they really made me feel/reminded me of the woman I AM today all over again!!! (Keep in mind i am a manager at a dealership that works around the clock and which in a male dominated industry) they also give away goodies!! I definitely needed the energy, thank you ladies so much 🩷🩷🩷can’t wait for my next drop by!!!! I paid for a premium pedi, Full set (Gel X)

Loved my visits at Lux Nail Spa, they offer a complimentary drink, and Joyce took care of me today she was amazing, she asked at every step of I liked and if I wasn’t sure she showed me another option in which I liked better so she definitely made sure I walked out with a nail set I loved. I will definitely be making the trip back. Also place was very clean and everyone was welcoming ! Thank you Joyce!
