If you’re looking for a fresh new set or a relaxing pedicure, this is definitely the place to go! I always get my nails done here, and they never fail to amaze me. Their attention to detail is incredible, and my nails always turn out exactly how I want them. I also get my pedicures here, and they take their time to carefully trim my nails and cuticles, which I really appreciate. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I love the playlist they have playing and it makes the whole experience even better. Overall, I think it’s a great salon with talented technicians and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend here to anyone looking for beautiful nails and a great experience!

I’ve only been to this salon twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The first time I came, the technician cut me during my appointment. It hurt for about a week, and I never even received an apology. I started going to another salon after that, but decided to give this place one more chance since it’s less than five minutes from my house. I came in for a pedicure and a refill. The pedicure was fine, but I couldn’t even enjoy my extra add ons because of what happened with my nails. I specifically asked for only the 2½ weeks of outgrowth to be shortened. Instead, the technician cut off about 75% of my nails, including most of the natural nail I had spent three months growing. I immediately told her they were way too short. She tried to fix them with acrylic, but the damage was already done. She continued filing underneath my nails until my natural nails were paper thin, and the drill got so hot from all the correcting that it started burning my nails. The final result is uneven, different lengths and thicknesses, poorly shaped, and still much shorter than I asked for. Every nail has something wrong with it, and the photos speak for themselves. I came in expecting a simple refill and left with damaged natural nails and a set that looks nothing like what I requested. I won’t be returning.

Horrible. I went and request polish change on my toes, cut down and fill in on my nails. Everything was great while being seated., but the lady at the front desk insisted that I get a pedicure and told me that my polish would be ugly on my feet if I didn't get the pedicure because of my cuticles, but I denied and I continue with polish change which my toes are wonderful, but my hands are horrible. The polish instantly started bubbling up once I left the shop within 2 to 3 hours and then I seen my polish coming off of my nails instantly and I chose gel polish which no polish Should do that at all. I felt rushed and I felt the lady at the desk was very pushy on what I should get. Not to mention I didn't even know they had refreshments because I wasn't even offered any.

I went in for a fill and French tip, and this is the result. All of my nails are a different shape, the French tip is uneven on all nails, and the acrylic color that was used to fill in didn’t match the old acrylic color. I am beyond disappointed with the outcome and will NEVER be returning. **Update: I returned to have my nails fixed and was met with a hostile approach by management, along with being warranted to delete my google review before even seeing the end results. Due to their demanding and unapologetic nature, I then refused for my nails to be fixed and left the salon. Please spend your hard earned money at salons that not only display professionalism, but also provide skilled technicians.
