I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the quality of service has steadily declined while prices continue to increase. It feels like appointments are rushed, with more focus on getting clients in and out than providing quality work. My latest set is a perfect example. My pinky nail is noticeably uneven and doesn’t match the curve or shape of the rest of my nails, which is something that should have been caught before I left. For the prices being charged, I expect much better attention to detail. Customer service and craftsmanship simply aren’t what they used to be. As a loyal customer, I expected consistency and care, but instead I left feeling like just another transaction. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I hope this feedback encourages improvements for future clients. And no one responds to these reviews. They are generated and come with fake likes and soon as you press post. Disgusting and greedy.
Birthday Nails. I got full set acrylic and pedicure with a French tip design . Jessica did my set and Sandy did my pedicure. I enjoyed both of these ladies as it was my first time here. Jessica was a wonderful conversationalist and nail tech. Sandy and Jessica made sure the nails I wanted was correct and what I like along the process and fixed. Definitely will be back again! Thank you ladies for making my first time a wonderful experience for my birthday!
My first visit....1000% enjoyed! Tony did my hands with that beautiful design! He has great skill and patience. Molly took care of my feet... massage felt so relaxing! The location in the Heights, clean, calming welcoming, friendly. I will def be coming back!
Had a wonderful experience at this location! Amy did my builder gel nails and they look absolutely amazing such high-quality work. Vera gave me the lavender pedicure and it was incredibly relaxing. The upgrade to their new massage chairs is super cool and features really impressive tech. The whole staff was friendly and attentive from start to finish. They offered me a drink right away and checked in on me throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I will definitely be coming back!
GREAT SALON, BUT ONE TECHNICIAN RUNIED MY EXPERIENCE I have been coming to this salon for a long time, and until my visit on July 7, I had nothing but great experiences. The staff has always been professional, patient, and welcoming. I have even recommended this salon to friends and recently brought a group of eight people for manicures and pedicures. Everyone had a wonderful experience, which is why I was so shocked by what happened during my most recent visit. I came in to get my nails done for a special occasion and was assigned to Jessica. From the moment she approached my chair, she did not greet me. Instead, she immediately asked, “What do you want?” Throughout the appointment, she spoke to her coworkers in another language, rolled her eyes at me, and came across as annoyed and impatient. When I showed her the color I wanted, she kept insisting it was beige. I politely told her I didn’t think it was the same color, and she became visibly irritated. I even mentioned that I had gotten the same color at this salon before, hoping it would help, but she continued to respond with an attitude. The service itself was just as disappointing. She was very rough while filing and buffing my nails. The drill burned me several times, and even after I told her it was hurting, she seemed to become more frustrated instead of being more careful. While wiping my nails, her own long nails repeatedly poked my fingers. When I mentioned it, she grabbed and pulled my hand roughly. She then applied a nude color that was clearly different from the one I had requested. When I pointed that out, she became upset again instead of trying to help me find the correct shade. By the end of the appointment, my nails did not look the way I wanted, and the entire experience left me upset. I was getting my nails done for a special day, and instead of feeling excited, I left disappointed. Jessica completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable experience. This review is difficult for me to write because I have always loved coming to this salon. My past experiences have been consistently excellent, which is why this visit stood out so much. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be treated this way. If you are assigned to Jessica, I would recommend asking for a different nail technician. I also mentioned her I want a milky white and she brought funny bunny OPI I have done milky multiple times and I know DND does have a milky white shade, which is not a white, not not a nude, which is in the middle color and I used to love that shit so I asked her to can I see it and like she started getting way more irritated and frustrated and was talking in a different language with our coworker about me because my friend was in a phone and she told me what she’s talking about me.
