I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the quality of service has steadily declined while prices continue to increase. It feels like appointments are rushed, with more focus on getting clients in and out than providing quality work. My latest set is a perfect example. My pinky nail is noticeably uneven and doesn’t match the curve or shape of the rest of my nails, which is something that should have been caught before I left. For the prices being charged, I expect much better attention to detail. Customer service and craftsmanship simply aren’t what they used to be. As a loyal customer, I expected consistency and care, but instead I left feeling like just another transaction. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I hope this feedback encourages improvements for future clients. And no one responds to these reviews. They are generated and come with fake likes and soon as you press post. Disgusting and greedy.

Birthday Nails. I got full set acrylic and pedicure with a French tip design . Jessica did my set and Sandy did my pedicure. I enjoyed both of these ladies as it was my first time here. Jessica was a wonderful conversationalist and nail tech. Sandy and Jessica made sure the nails I wanted was correct and what I like along the process and fixed. Definitely will be back again! Thank you ladies for making my first time a wonderful experience for my birthday!

My first visit....1000% enjoyed! Tony did my hands with that beautiful design! He has great skill and patience. Molly took care of my feet... massage felt so relaxing! The location in the Heights, clean, calming welcoming, friendly. I will def be coming back!

Had a wonderful experience at this location! Amy did my builder gel nails and they look absolutely amazing such high-quality work. Vera gave me the lavender pedicure and it was incredibly relaxing.The upgrade to their new massage chairs is super cool and features really impressive tech. The whole staff was friendly and attentive from start to finish. They offered me a drink right away and checked in on me throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I will definitely be coming back!

Was excited to finally try Milano spa in the heights specifically given all the great things I’ve heard about it. Unfortunately my experience was not at all like theirs. I didn’t find this spa to be relaxing; it was quite the opposite. From the beginning I felt rushed. I went with my mom, sister, and niece. My mom & I did didn’t get a chance to pick out a color. We were brought a basket of color options but it’s hard to pick a color when you already have the nail tech working on both of your hands. Anyway, I quickly picked the colors for both. I wasn’t impressed with the color options. They were the same typical colors I’ve come across older nail spas. We had a pedi each and dip/shellac mani. The place was not as busy when we got there; but it quickly filled up. It was not relaxing at all to have tons of clients with at least 2 nail techs each. There must have been about 20-25 customers in the room, plus the techs. The music was loud. The room was loud. It was not a relaxing atmosphere at all. The tech working on my feet was pretty rough. She definitely didn’t catch on to discomfort. I’d try to pull my feet away as I felt the nail filer too hot but she’d yank my foot back in place. She’d also tap me pretty hard when I was paying attention to the tech doing my hand nails. The tech doing my hands was very nice. I actually talked to him and he’d ask questions. But somewhere toward the end, he suddenly just started speeding up. The filing was super fast, then he proceeded to just slap on the final clear coat on my (dip) nails. Usually techs take their time with that final clear setting coat, but not him. He slapped it on as if he was putting on cuticle oil. I didnt end up with a smooth finish on my hand nails & I also walked out with a cut on my toes from the roughness of the nail tech. My sister had her nails cleaned off when she went to pay because the dip was not neatly applied. Not impressed with this salon. Nice people but felt like a factory line. It’s also extremely crammed inside. They definitely are maximizing every square inch of that space with a chair. I give it two stars because my mom & I’s hand nail techs were very friendly.
