Every time I come here it is always a peaceful experience. But what made today different was meeting one of newest staff members by the name of May. She handle my full set and design. May was so attentive and very kind. I learned so much about her while she worked on my nails and the conversation was so meaningful. I don’t know if people take the time to get to know who is doing their nails, pedicures, etc but I do and every interaction is meaningful to me. And let’s not forget the lovely Ms. Ann who I have had the pleasure of working with before handling my pedicure and massage which was amazing! I appreciate you ladies and everyone else who works there. You didn’t make me feel rushed and you took the time to make sure not only was I comfortable but liked the direction you were going with the ideas I gave. Thank you much ladies and thank you for the blueberries that represented my son. And May keep smiling and being the great and wonderful mother you are!

I had such an incredible experience with Ben at Milano Nail Spa. He truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I sat in his chair, it was clear that he takes pride in his craft and pays attention to every detail. I came in with a vision for my design, and Ben not only brought it to life but elevated it in a way I didn’t even expect. His precision, creativity, and technique are unmatched. My nails look absolutely flawless, and I’ve received so many compliments already. What stood out most was how intentional he was throughout the process. He made sure I was happy every step of the way and took his time to perfect every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and his work. If you are looking for a nail technician who can execute high-quality, customized designs and deliver a luxury experience, Ben is the one to book. Everyone is friendly and they’re good with scheduling, I’ve never had to wait long for any tech that I request. TT does my nails and they’re always sculpted and shaped really well. She knows her stuff. They are on the pricey side especially if you’re doing designs, but otherwise I’d say they are fairly priced for simple nails like shellac or powder. Love getting their Vietnamese iced coffee here and various drinks they offer too.

Horrible experience here: I was looking for a new nail technician after my longtime nail tech moved, and a client recommended Milano’s. I gave the salon two chances because I genuinely wanted to find someone I could continue seeing. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for 28 years, so I understand both quality workmanship and good customer service. I don’t get elaborate nails. I get a basic color acrylic fill with one simple request: an air-dry clear top coat instead of a UV-cured top coat because I prefer not to expose my hands to unnecessary UV light. My previous nail tech did this for years, and my nails always lasted three weeks without a single chip. From the beginning, Kevin seemed irritated by my request. Instead of listening, I felt like I was being talked down to. When he finished, my nails didn’t look like a fresh fill. The cuticle area was uneven, the shaping wasn’t consistent, and they honestly looked like they had already grown out. I’ve attached photos taken the same day I left the salon. When I went to pay, the receptionist immediately noticed something was wrong just by looking at my face. I showed her my nails, and she agreed there was an issue. I told her several times that I just wanted to pay and leave. The manager came over, and because she speaks very loudly, everyone around the front desk could hear the conversation and turned to look. Instead of simply having another technician fix my nails, she walked over to Kevin. He immediately gave her a huge attitude in front of everyone, creating an even bigger scene. At that point, I just wanted to leave. I wasn’t asking for a free service. I was asking someone to listen and make a bad nail job right. Then I was charged extra. A refill was advertised at $40, but I was charged $50 because he “filed my nails down” and repaired one chipped nail. Filing is part of a refill, and no one told me there would be extra charges before the service. The biggest issue is the quality of the work. The first chip happened on day five. By day seven, multiple nails had chipped. I’ve attached photos from the day they were done and one week later. Color acrylic should not be chipping after only five days under normal wear. One final thought. Milano’s is convenient because they have 50+ nail technicians, and you can usually get an appointment quickly. But having a large staff doesn’t guarantee quality. There are countless nail salons offering the same services at similar prices. What makes clients come back is consistent workmanship, listening to your customers, and standing behind your work when something isn’t right.
