This location exceeded my expectations. I wasn't pleased with my nails from a previous salon, so I called and asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with Leslie and shared my concerns. She told me to come in and assured me she would take care of me. When I arrived today, Leslie did exactly that. She recommended Emily, and after I showed her pictures of what I wanted, she delivered exactly the look I was hoping for. The salon is welcoming, inviting, and very clean. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Leslie and Emily, for such a wonderful experience.

Every time I come here it is always a peaceful experience. But what made today different was meeting one of newest staff members by the name of May. She handle my full set and design. May was so attentive and very kind. I learned so much about her while she worked on my nails and the conversation was so meaningful. I don’t know if people take the time to get to know who is doing their nails, pedicures, etc but I do and every interaction is meaningful to me. And let’s not forget the lovely Ms. Ann who I have had the pleasure of working with before handling my pedicure and massage which was amazing! I appreciate you ladies and everyone else who works there. You didn’t make me feel rushed and you took the time to make sure not only was I comfortable but liked the direction you were going with the ideas I gave. Thank you much ladies and thank you for the blueberries that represented my son. And May keep smiling and being the great and wonderful mother you are!

I had such an incredible experience with Ben at Milano Nail Spa. He truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I sat in his chair, it was clear that he takes pride in his craft and pays attention to every detail. I came in with a vision for my design, and Ben not only brought it to life but elevated it in a way I didn’t even expect. His precision, creativity, and technique are unmatched. My nails look absolutely flawless, and I’ve received so many compliments already. What stood out most was how intentional he was throughout the process. He made sure I was happy every step of the way and took his time to perfect every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and his work. If you are looking for a nail technician who can execute high-quality, customized designs and deliver a luxury experience, Ben is the one to book. I can confidently say I’ve found my go-to nail technician. Highly recommend. 5 stars without question.

Everyone was so friendly, and nice! They immediately helped me out, Alice was my nail tech, She was so fun to talk to! She was a great help, even helping me figure out what I wanted. Definitely recommend her whenever you go! 🩷

Everyone is friendly and they’re good with scheduling, I’ve never had to wait long for any tech that I request. TT does my nails and they’re always sculpted and shaped really well. She knows her stuff. They are on the pricey side especially if you’re doing designs, but otherwise I’d say they are fairly priced for simple nails like shellac or powder. Love getting their Vietnamese iced coffee here and various drinks they offer too.
