Anna is my GIRL. I love coming here for mani pedis with my mom, their service is always fast and impeccable. I get cat eye designs and am often combining 2-3 different inspo pics and she nails it every time, whether it’s the water mermaid style or a two-tone cat eye French. Love it here!
I had the best experience at Milano Nail spa! The front staff was so kind and helpful and assisted me with both scheduling an appointment and discussing which artist would be best for the job. I ended up paired with Ambi and she was the perfect choice for me! She asked me all kinds of questions but I don’t get my nails done often and honestly had no idea what I wanted or needed. She was very sweet and patient and helped me to choose between colors and nail types to match my inspiration picture exactly. I was shocked at the end result when my nails looked exactly like the Instagram picture I had presented her when I first arrived. I am beyond happy with my nails and for my entire Japan trip was showing my significant other how beautiful they came out. Ambi asked me if I had a specific reason for getting my nails done and I told her I suspected an engagement during the trip. He ended up proposing and I’m so happy with how beautiful my nails look in all of my engagement pictures. From the bottom of my heart I’d like to thank Ambi for making that magical moment that much more perfect.
I went here for about 8 months, always getting builder gel to preserve the health of my nails. Mind you my nails were strong, long and healthy before all. The last 2/3 times I visited my experience was bad…I mean bad bad. During one of this visits, I asked for builder gel like I always did and for whatever reason, the tech was using acrylic gel. When I asked her why she was doing that, she said she couldn’t do the builder gel due to the gel lifting and left my nails really thick.. Naively, I trusted her and when I asked her to make it thinner, she said it was because of the previous builder gel and didn’t want to take accountability for her work. Ever since then my nails were destroyed with each subsequent visit. I finally asked for removal, and the lady who removed the builder gel/acrylic damaged my nails and left them paper thin. My fingernails were in pain for days after that appointment. These people don’t care about the health of your nails or using proper techniques. They just want to get you in and out as quick as possible. The only good tech there is Amber. All other beware!
Walking into Milano, I knew I wanted something special for my refill. Melissa took my initial inspiration and elevated it with her own creative insight, turning my vision into a literal work of art. Watching her work, you can see her determination and genuine love for design. Her commitment to perfecting every tiny detail was impressive. I’m obsessed with this final look—it perfectly captures my aesthetic. Huge thanks to the talented staff at Milano for always delivering such spectacular results.
I came here to get a regular Gelish manicure, but while I was chatting with my friend, the nail tech completely cut off all my nails — nothing was left! When I asked why she did that, she said she thought I wanted a full set. I had already explained 4–5 times what I wanted, so I have no idea how this got so messed up. I was extremely upset — my nails were cut down unevenly with no shape at all. She then said she would add fake tips so I would have “some nails” until mine grew back. I’ve never had fake nails before, but she said it was the only option after her mistake. There ended up being visible gaps between my real nails and the fake ones, which trapped everything I touched — very unhygienic! I spent $120 and had to call them afterward asking to remove it and give me a credit so I could come back once my nails grew out for the Gelish I originally wanted. The manager refused a refund or credit and only offered to remove it. I ended up going to another salon a week later, and as you can see in the pictures, it was a terrible experience — a waste of money and time. My healthy nails had to soak in acetone for 30 minutes just to fix their mess. A business in America should have staff who can understand and communicate in English. Miscommunication like this should never happen if they just listened to my original request. None of the techs there could speak or understand English properly, and it caused this whole disaster.
