BAD QUALITY OVERALL and if you go back to repair, they are not fair and try to discount as little as possible not worth the damage. Had nearly all my nails start to chip within 7 days. They don’t refill to the bottom. One broke the next day while I was driving. They also have a terrible attitude & speak ill of you in their language to ur face. DO NOT RECOMMEND it’s overrated. Look at all the finishes/detail from people’s photos it’s not good quality at all. Bumpy and not smooth. Only one lady does things somewhat ok.

Ms. Lin was so helpful! Her and a gentleman got me out the way with the quickness! So hospitable. Also said I can come back free of charge if a nail breaks. I’ll def be back!

I went for the first time today. I had Lily take care of me. I am very happy with the service. My cuticles are dry and hard to work with, but she cleaned them up really good. I went during my lunch time. I called ahead of time to make an appointment. They picked up the phone right away, took care of me right when I walked in and they were done in less than an hour or so. The price was reasonable. I will be coming back.

I love this nail salon so much ! Quality service and no long wait ! I explained to Lynn that I often chip my nails and she told me not to worry I can come back to get it fixed , in the past it would frustrate nail techs that I chipped my nail within a day or 2! Thank you so much Lynn for making me feel welcomed !

I hesitated to post this review because Lynn usually takes care of me but yesterday I had a different experience and I’m left questioning my return. I went in because I had somewhere to be but had broken nails so I asked Lynn for a removal and told them I’d return for an overlay. Lynn set me up with a bowl for soak off and she continued to service other clients and another person came to file them down. I told him please do not grind them down too much because I struggled to get my nails to a healthy state. When filing he went too deep in some areas on the edges and in the middle and center of my nail bed AND left a huge amount of acrylic on some of my nails. They charged me $15 for the removal even though the work was not completed. I kept telling them that there was still acrylic and they told me “when you come back for your nails we’ll do it for you”. If I come in and pay for ANY service I’d expect THAT service be completed. This is not a way to get a customer to return. I’m very disappointed as this is the closest place to my job and I’ve really liked the way Lynn has worked before but bad experiences with everyone else.
