I visited Nails of America for the first time because I wanted to try a new salon, and I had a really good experience. The salon itself is very nice inside, clean, and welcoming. I also got lucky because they were giving out cute bear cups to the first 100 customers, which was such a nice touch. Their nail color selection was great, and I was able to easily find the color I was hoping for. Daisy did my manicure, and I showed her my inspo photo. She helped me pick the right color and even freestyled a few cute designs that turned out really nice. I appreciated that, especially since I wasn’t completely sure what would look best. Avy did my pedicure and did a great job. She really took her time, and the leg and foot massage was amazing. The customer service was friendly, and I was offered refreshments throughout my visit. The pricing was about the same as my usual mani/pedi, so I felt like it was worth it. I’ll definitely visit again.

Van is an amazing nail tech. I will only let her take care of my feet. This review does not reflect her attention to detail or care for my skin. The many times I have come here I have not found someone who can do my fingernails. It’s always bad. The shape, the quality, the attention to detail. This is a luxury I try to afford myself because I work hard and deserve to look good. I went today and was not happy with my nails. I told them at the front desk and they just offered me 20% if I redo them. That is not good enough. They also offered to put a layer of nail polish over my dip. That defeats the purpose of getting dip. I have given them so many chances and there are so many people working there, I would hope that I would be able to find ONE person that knows how to do nails. After a few years, I have not found that person . I am done. What a waste of hard earned money. Only going back for Van. I love you Van….

First time visiting this location! Mia did my nails and they are so cute. She helped me picked the colors for my French tip. Lovely experience and great customer service. Bao at the front checkout was also very kind. Will definitely return for my next set! 🩷 💅🏾🎀

As someone who works hard to provide great customer service in my business, this place is 100/10. Starting with friendly website to make appointments, pricing listed (thank you for this!) and even parking designated When walking in, the place feels clean and very intentional. The variety of colors is insane (I wish I had taken a picture) they offered a complementary drink as well which so is appreciated My techs were great! They listened and were gentle which I asked for when cutting my cuticles. They worked on my hands and feet at the same time. Got out as scheduled! Super happy with my experience and nails. I got a regular mani with shellac and a pampered pedicure with shellac. Definitely an intentional and well designed experience

Lynn was amazing! She completely understood my vision and executed it flawlessly. Everything turned out even better than I imagined! I will be coming back to see her! We ended up doing an almond shape full set, pink and white ombré with a clear chrome! The salon was spotless, and the desk staff were both kind and efficient. Even though it was quite busy, there were plenty of chairs and everything felt well-organized. The whole space had a calm, easy flow that made the experience really enjoyable.
