Harley has done my nails twice now and I'm totally obsessed!! The shape is perfect and working with her on the design is so fun! Whether you give her a general idea or bring inspiration photos, she is able to bring your vision to life! She is the most talented nail artist I've been to! She did a lemon themed set and a No Doubt themed set so far and I'm so excited to see what she'll do in the future! Her ideas and contributions to your ideas will blow your mind!

Beware of coming here. It’s just another nail place trying to suck every penny from you in $5 chunks! I thought I found my new nail place and have been here a few times already. The service took a lot longer than usual this time. It was raining a lot and there were only a couple of customers in the salon. They were over a dozen employees and they were on their phones and they kept coming to talk to my Nail tech, offering her snacks and gossiping. I honestly didn’t mind that because she stayed working on my nails. And you do want employees to feel comfortable. The reason I will never return is because, as I went up to Pay, the young girl who gets the drinks and was about to take my payment, made sure to tell me that she should charge me an extra $5 for my nail length, but she’s going to let it go this time. I asked her what length, because my nails are short and I keep my nails short because I do a lot of typing. She said when the nail goes passed the fingertip at all, there is an automatic $5 UPcharge. I told her I’ve been here a few times and I have never been told this and had never been charged this. She said well it’s OK because I’m letting it go this time. Making it feel as I owe her and that is not the experience that I wanted. And I asked her why the Upcharge because it’s my natural nails. She said it’s to pay for the extra product for doing nails that go higher than the fingertip. This is very disheartening and disappointing, and I will look to find another place. I’m open to any recommendations. I’ve included a picture where you can see. It’s my natural nail and it’s not even long. If it was coffin shape, or extra long length or acrylic nails, I would completely understand the charge. But this was unnecessary to ruin a customer’s experience and to also lose a customer forever.

I'm in love with Ms Mia she's very gentle and her hands are amazing when she gives the massage.their prices are bit reasonable but also she will get you what you ask for with no complaints. The customer service is warm & amazing!! I'm in love with this relaxation. I will be coming back for sure !!!!! It's a nail color utopia in here I feel like a little girl walking in a candy shop wanting everything

I had such a wonderful experience at Nails of America Heights! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, & welcoming. The staff is incredibly warm & patient. They truly take their time with you. I never felt rushed or overlooked. They’re very catering to your needs & make sure you’re comfortable the entire time. If you’re unsure about a color or design, they’re happy to guide you & offer suggestions without any pressure. The attention to detail is amazing & my nails came out neat, precise, & beautifully done. The salon itself is very clean & organized, which I really appreciate. On top of that, the prices are little reasonable for the quality of service you receive. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients & the work they put out. I left feeling relaxed, valued, & confident. Highly recommend, if you’re looking for quality service & a team that truly takes pride in what they do! Ask for Ryan- Manicure, Jenny- Massage & Emily-Pedicure 💅🏾🤏🏾

Love Harley and the entire staff. Clean friendly environment love love love this place! Updated review: I’ve now been going to N.O.A.H for 9 months, and I get a new design every single month. Harley is the nail tech who made me decide to keep doing business here because I’m VERY particular about my nails — and somehow she manages to nail it every time. Now listen… there came a time when I broke a nail and Harley was on vacation. Emily stepped in under pressure and STILL got it right‼️🗣️ Then there was another time when neither Harley nor Emily was available, and even the young lady at the front desk stepped up to the challenge. I said all that to say this: THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DOING OVER HERE! 😂💅🏽 Consistency, talent, and professionalism across the board. That says a lot about a business. #satisfiedcustomer
