We absolutely love this nail shop. Every time we come in, the experience is consistent—clean environment, professional staff, and attention to detail that really stands out. They take their time to make sure everything looks perfect, and you never feel rushed. The customer service is top-tier. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and actually listens to what you want. Whether it’s a simple set or something more detailed, they deliver exactly what you ask for—and usually better. What really keeps us coming back is the quality. Our nails last, the designs stay clean, and the overall finish always looks polished and high-end. It’s hard to find a place that checks every box like this one does. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, go-to nail shop that consistently does great work.
I am new to the area and was excited to find my home salon. The reviews on this place were great, and it looked beautiful. First visit was good even if service was slow. At second visit, my nail tech told me whoever did my nails before did a poor job because there were deep red gouges where they had dremmeled too far. I told her I had them done there and she just shrugged. She then did my nails and applied clear builder gel for a French tip showcasing the red gouges. I had to ask her to do a design to cover it. Then today I went and got my nails done at a different salon, as I am out of town, and there were two deep red gouges and the nail was very thin. They advised me not to return as multiple nail techs were doing this to my nails when my goals were to use builder gel to grow them and then eventually soak it off, and now that would not be possible for a while. Such a bummer as I really liked how close this place was and that they offered healthcare worker discounts. Unfortunately I won't be going back. To anyone trying to grow out their nails or looking for quality nail engancements, I would not advise coming here unless you find a specific tech that has very good reviews.
I had high expectations after reading all the great reviews. I did a walk in and recieved a pedicure and gel manicure for $130. The pedicure was fine, though I had to remind her I paid for the extra scrub. The manicure, however was lacking. It didn't come with a neck or hand massage and the gel painting was atrocious. A piece chipped off as I was getting into my car, so I had to go back in immediately to redo one nail. By the following week, they were all lifting and chipping. I gave them two stars, bc I do appreciate the 10 day guarantee and the friendliness of the desk person. However, one day after my guarantee redo, they still look like I painted them myself. I won't be back
I’ve been a loyal customer here for the past two years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. Customer service has always been a major reason I continued returning, which made this situation even more frustrating. This week, I received GelX, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. Prior to my service, I informed the eyebrow technician (Lucy) that I had previously experienced a wax burn at this location in 2025. She acknowledged my concern, felt my skin, and assured me she would be careful. Despite this, I am now left with two painful burns under my eyebrows, as well as a crooked toenail from my pedicure. After noticing the burns, I called to report the issue and was told that the manager/owner, Vincent, would not be available until 4/16. I returned in person to speak with him, and the interaction was extremely disappointing. Instead of taking accountability, he told me I should have informed the front desk about my skin concerns so they could assign a technician who “speaks better English,” implying his staff may not fully understand customer needs. This was both inappropriate and irrelevant, especially since my technician communicated clearly throughout the service. When I showed him my toenail, he pointed out the uneven areas himself, yet still stated he “saw nothing wrong.” Throughout the conversation, he was dismissive and hostile, talking over me, waving his hands near my face, and failing to listen to my concerns. No follow up call was made, and the only solution offered was aloe vera gel, which he stated he gives to anyone who experiences burns. No refund or meaningful resolution was provided. As someone who regularly spends over $120 here, I expect a basic level of professionalism, accountability, and care especially when an issue like this occurs.
I love the place very beautiful and elegant. Nice people enjoyed my pedicure and they also have discounts ask about the discount and then there’s also really good. Specials see the place if you don’t believe me.
