Evelyn is, without question, the most exceptional nail specialist I’ve ever worked with—and I do not say that lightly. I’m extremely particular about my nails, and for the past 3 years, I haven’t trusted anyone else. Her work with acrylics and design is on another level. Every time I bring her an idea, she doesn’t just recreate it—she elevates it. The execution, the artistry, the precision… it’s unmatched. The shape, the balance, the finish—every detail is intentional and flawless. I’ve been coming to Secret Escape for 7 years, and the standard across the entire team is incredible. If Evelyn isn’t available, Luna and Ken are both excellent for acrylics, and BEBE gives one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. What truly sets this place apart is the consistency—clean, relaxing, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused every single time. I won’t go anywhere else. If you’re looking for the best, this is it.

Megan did a great job on my gel X nails today! She helped me pick the perfect colors for what I was envisioning and checked in to make sure I was liking my nails every step of the way. I am picky about my nail shape and she did a great job getting them just right. Will definitely be booking with her again.

I love it here! Excellent customer service in a clean friendly environment. They always have the latest colors, brands and techniques and this is why I find Secret Escape Nail Loung the perfect way to maintain my beauty needs. 😍 In the first 2 photos I combind the styles.(pink on pink french tip, almond shape, cat eye gel) The 3rd photo is what I recieved. I'm super happy 😊 😃

I absolutely love this nail salon. I moved here three years ago, and I’m extremely picky about my nails—especially the shape—and about my pedicures since I get a full set on my feet. Every single person here does an amazing job, so no matter who you book with, you’re in good hands. They also offer complimentary drinks, and the whole atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I do have a few personal favorites for nails: Evelyn, Ren, Ken, Amanda, and Julie (in that order). And for my feet, Van Loan, Sam, and Ann always get me right every time. This place consistently delivers great service, great vibes, and great results. Highly recommend! 🤍🌹

My nails broke the day that I got them done. They did not honor anything nor did they try to issue me a refund. I cannot recommend this place. Will not be returning. They tried to say that I came in 2 weeks later, I explained to them that I was sick. I took pictures that showed the date and time stamp to prove that my nails broke on the day I got them done. 2 nails broke the first day and I had lost all nails by the end of the week. I would have came in sooner but like I said I was sick. They didn’t try to accommodate me at all. The least they could have done is issued some type of refund.
