Easy to access location with a busy parking lot. There are scan to park signs. Parking after 2 hours will cost. My visit was less than five minutes thanks to friendly and fast service.

I have had a box here for 5 years. The service is usually fast and always friendly. We use another UPS for our mail delivery for the office, but it has about a 1/10th as much traffic. The busy times at this store are Monday mornings and Friday afternoon, so I try to avoid those times. Otherwise, it is usually convenient.

Rushed from work to send an urgent package. I got in 5 minutes before 7 pm and the store was already closed. The employees ignored me and another costumers trying to catch their attention from the window (he was waiting prior to my arrival). I would understand if they had a long queue of costumers already inside the store, but they were just hanging out.

I was in need to put a package on hold to be picked up. I just called and a really kind young lady was really well trained to give the best customer service to clients. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask for her name but I left really happy for the service. Thank you very much.

I arrived at 6:30pm and the employees said they were closed. They were very rude and disrespectful. Especially when the sign on the door says 7pm. I’m very upset and has never had this experience before.Although this is the closet store to me I will use a different store and company because of the disrespect I received. I have never received this type of treatment in the last 2years since I have been here in this area. I am disappointed and will now choose a different carrier.
