Great experience with Amanda. She genuinely listened to me and didn't judge me for anything. She made some great and realistic suggestions that I will actually try. She didn't try to sell me on eating foods that I don't like and I never felt "food shamed" by her at all. I would highly recommend Amanda for anyone who is looking to make healthy changes but also wants someone who will be respectful of their likes and dislikes. I genuinely enjoyed my interaction with her and I'm very much looking forward to my next appointment.
I loved that she listened to all of my concerns and went one by one covering them all. She provided me with resources and steps to follow. I truly recommend her.
