I would like to shoutout Bobbi for calling me promptly and discussing the seamless process she transferred me to Mark and he was phenomenal at discussing pricing and coordinating consultation and surgery dates they are the best in Houston/Katy! I cannot rave about the level of customer service I received from everyone here. Dr. Ngo was the true mvp! He made us feel very comfortable and his confidence in his work made us feel like we had nothing to worry about which it truly showed. 10/10 recommend. My husband was walking the same day of surgery and by the 3rd day he was completely “normal” considered he had just had surgery. They followed up both between his office staff and the surgical center. I hope to never have to go through this procedure again but if I did I will hand down come here! Thank you so much guys you all are a blessing!

From day the experience was excellent. The process in place is detail and precise. Post surgery follow up and instructions were on point, my recovery was incredible with no difficulties. Today I’m enjoying the process and two months after I’ve lost 46 pounds. Thank you team! You all are the best. Ps, the surgical center was like a hotel with excellent nurse care.

Dr Terry and his crew was amazing they made my girls feel so comfortable and at ease they helped with the whole process and never not answer any questions the girls. ms Bobby Jo and me gabby were incredible and ms Lin Lin helped them so much through the classes. We highly recommend TLC to anyone who wants to go through the weigh loss process this pic was taken 2 months after surgery and they are now both under the 300 lb mark

My entire experience was stress free. Dr. Scarbrough and his team took the time to listen and respond to all of my questions and concerns. Not feeling rushed made me more confident in my decision and helped me overcome any fears I had, knowing that I was in good hands. Everything went well with zero complications and a fairly easy recovery. I’m very thankful for Dr. Scarbrough, LinLin, and everyone I’ve interacted with at TLC.

I ended up at TLC again because Dr. Garth Davis has joined this location. I am a faithful patient if Dr. Davis. He is amazing and I have had tremendous success with him. I had even voiced my concerns with him over this office when I first went to him to help because Dr. Scarborough was no help. I went to see Dr. Davis November 2025 for a revision after having a baby and developing an autoimmune disease that impacts weight. Bobby should go into sales. She spit a good game that she was truly on top of her stuff and would maintain good communication with me and we would navigate Dr. Davis being out of network because he was new to their office. This office dropped the ball tremendously! They failed to communicate with me they failed to schedule nutritionist appt, endoscopy, verify all benefits. I was the one always calling and rarely got called back. Not sure why Dr. Davis has an assistant because even Jessica was no help. She flat out said she didn't know but would take a message for Karen and then Karen stated she never got a message from Jessica. Well duh because no one called me. No one knows what they are doing or supposed to be doing. I have not heard from Bobby since November 2025 until today April 2026, 2 days before my endoscopy to let me know my surgery although covered needs to be done by a different physician and Dr. Davis couldnt do it because they would not get paid. Why would you not have checked this back in November when you verified coverage and benefits?! Why would you have not gotten all the coverage details. Why would you waste my time for the past 5 months!? This office is a complete joke and full of incompetence. It's a shame this is where Dr. Davis is because he is a great surgeon in a office that is trash! I truly had no words for Bobby's incompetence that I just hung up on her instead of cussing her out. This is so infuriating. So stay away from this office it is not even worth it. Its a shame because I hate having to change physicians
