If you own a serious European performance car in Houston — and I mean a real one, a Maserati, a Ferrari, an Aston Martin, a highly modified AMG — you already know how difficult it is to find a shop worthy of your vehicle. Most shops either lack the technical depth to understand what you have, or worse, they understand exactly what you have and price accordingly. European Service Center is neither. I came to them initially for preventative maintenance on two highly modified cars — a 2018 Maserati GranTurismo Sport and a extensively built 2007 Mercedes CLK550. Within minutes of speaking with Dustin and Jesse, it was clear these were not ordinary mechanics. The vocabulary was different. The questions were different. The diagnostic process was different. These are men who have clearly spent serious time in motorsport environments — and that racing background fundamentally changes how they approach every car that comes through their door. They think in terms of systems, not symptoms. They consider risk intelligently, not profitably. What began as routine maintenance quickly revealed itself to be something far more valuable: a genuine technical partnership. When I decided to pursue a full big brake conversion and Quaife limited slip differential installation on the CLK — the kind of work that requires not just mechanical skill but real performance engineering knowledge — Dustin and Jesse didn't flinch. They consulted extensively on parts selection, caught planning errors before they became expensive mistakes, corrected suboptimal work left behind by previous shops, and executed the build with a precision and attention to detail that you simply cannot find at most establishments. I am Gratefully Blessed to have found this shop! My 2011 Audi TDI Diesel has not started since 5/16/25 months prior my Gauge Cluster stop working! I had to get the strength again…tired of looking at it in my garage. Last 3months my Audi was at a I’m wasting my time Shop! Overall I learnt my lesson not to deal with Shops that HAVE NOT worked on DIESEL SUV AUDI’S or AUDI’S. Not all Foreign shops have experience either. Audi’s are in a League of there own! I want to THANK ASSiSTANT MANAGER DUSTIN. I called to ask questions first regarding my issues. I triple check that the shop worked on Audi Diesel..he said yes and had a few at the shop. By phone he showed me that HE has experience and that TECHNICIAN JESSE would DIAGNOSE the problem thoroughly. That’s exactly what he did! I want to THANK JESSE for saving me money! And giving me future advice. He’s a BLESSING. I want to also THANK MANAGER FREDRICK if I spell name wrong sorry! Man of few words but has a Beautiful Smile…always smiling and listen along with everyone else to me “babble” on on. Sorry I was so stressed and couldn’t sleep! The entire Staff at the shop are Sweet, Well Mannered, and Knowledgeable! Don’t let their ages FOOL ya. I had to return for a simple TAIL LIGHT BULB. I was too lazy to drive back cross town. Went to a body shop a block from me. He tried 3bulbs and had me thinking I had fuse box issue said he worked on several. Regardless went back to shop and another young Technician put 1of the 3new bulbs in IT WORKED… AIN’T THAT SOMETHING guess it’s a certain way to put it in! In the End this is MY SHOP…Great prices too especially on my 2011 Audi TDI Diesel. Down the road I will be taking my 1998 Mercedes E320.

Waste of money. Took my car in because water would leak inside when it rained. They did a diagnostic and other tests and thought they found where the leaking was coming from. After still having problems, I took it back and then they told me they were wrong and found where the actual leakage was coming from in the back of the car. Instead of them fixing their mistake the first time, I had to pay for everything again including another diagnostic test. Then they wanted me to pay $2k+ to air out my car for 5 days from the mold in my carpets. Went and got it detailed instead for less than $200 and the guy did a fantastic job. Now, over two years later, still having water collect in my car. They did not fix anything. I’m sure others have better experience with this company, but not me. Have not returned since.

Just had my 2021 Audi Q7 front control arm and bushings repaired for a very reasonable price (compared to dealership) and quickly. Also didn't oversell me on other things like the dynamic calibration the dealership wanted to do for $500+. Very upfront and straight forward. Fantastic customer service. First time customer and I will be coming back

It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop! Dustin was straightforward and did what he said he would do. They got me fixed up. I’m a happy and will be repeat customer!
