Another location had lost the center cap of my back right tire and refused to fix the issue. My mother recommended the Washington shop and I spoke to Ivan, the manager. Ivan went above and beyond and ordered the missing piece for me free of charge, which arrived the same day. He was very professional and cares about the quality of service Firestone provides to it clientale. This is a shop that truly cares about its customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care on Washington Avenue in Houston, Texas. I brought my vehicle in on four separate occasions for the exact same A/C problem, trusting that your technicians would properly diagnose and repair the issue. After more than four visits and over $2,000 spent on repairs, my air conditioning still does not work. The fact that I have repeatedly returned for the same unresolved issue demonstrates a complete failure in diagnosis, repair, customer service, or all three. Each visit resulted in additional charges and assurances that the problem had been fixed, only for the A/C to fail again. As a customer, I have invested significant time, money, and trust into Firestone, and I have received nothing but frustration in return. It is unacceptable to spend thousands of dollars and still be left with the exact problem that brought me in the first place. What makes this situation even worse is the lack of accountability. After four opportunities to correct the issue, I am still driving a vehicle with a non-functioning A/C. No customer should have to repeatedly return for the same repair while continuing to pay for unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem. At this point, I am requesting immediate contact from the Area Manager responsible for the Houston, Texas Washington Avenue location. I expect a direct review of my repair history, an explanation of why this issue remains unresolved after four visits, and a fair resolution to this matter. I can no longer recommend Firestone based on my experience. Four visits, over $2,000 spent, and a broken A/C is simply unacceptable.

Had a great experience at Firestone and wanted to recognize Ash and Ray for their exceptional service. Ash was the one who answered my initial call. He got me scheduled quickly and took the time to answer all my questions in a friendly, professional, and approachable way. When I came in for my appointment, it was Ash again who kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I felt comfortable asking anything that came to mind. He also brought in his manager, Ray, who explained everything in detail and walked me through the areas of concern without making it overwhelming. Both of them made sure I understood not only the services I was getting done, but also what was simply being recommended, which I really appreciated. Even on a busy day, they were attentive and never made me feel rushed. I chose to stay while my car was being worked on, and Ash regularly checked in. Both Ash and Ray brought a great sense of humor to the experience, which made everything feel more relaxed and comfortable. As a woman, I really appreciated how at ease and respected I felt throughout the entire visit. Ash’s lively energy paired with Ray’s professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and informative. I would definitely come back because of them.

A blow out is never expected but in the middle of Houston traffic with your family??? Thankful for this place on so many levels! Our Tahoe was towed here and the people were so helpful, considerate, professional and FAST! Our tire was changed and we were on the road home again in about an hour! Special shout out to Elijah who checked us in, discussed our options with us and kept us updated until our vehicle was ready! Definitely a 10/10 experience!
