I’m honestly very disappointed, this is the only shop I take my car to get an oil change and tire rotation for them not to tell me this wheel hub has messed up studs is crazy. Found out at another shop I was running on three wheel studs. Only like 2 guys I’ve seen really know what they are doing. The rest shouldn’t be touching cars period. I’m sending my complaint to corporate this is unacceptable. The Hispanic gentleman upfront is very professional and sounds like he know what he is talking about unlike last time I took my car to get brakes , the white guy with shades and backpack with short shorts couldn’t even tell me the issue that one time with my car sounded like he’s never really worked on cars. The white chubby guy told me he was a higher up for the shop. What a joke.

I want to point out that the staff was very attentive, and I don't want to be disrespectful, but I do want to share my experience with this particular shop. I've had this car for 5 years with no problems, but very next day after an oil change my car had major issues. I took it back and was told that the service performed had nothing to do with it... So we'll never know if it was bad luck, a coincidence, or something else. On a separate topic, both times I picked up the car, the seat was completely soaked in sweat from whoever worked on the car. While I understand this is a hot and humid city, I'm not exaggerating when I say it was soaked... very uncomfortable, fortunately I was lucky to have a towel to cover the seat. Just a recommendation, maybe use a plastic cover.

WARNING! Dishonest Business. I brought my car in for a routine inspection, and they immediately tried to pressure me into a fraudulent $1,500 "urgent" brake pad replacement. I declined and took my vehicle straight to the dealership, where technicians confirmed my brake pads were still in like-new condition. This business preys on unsuspecting customers with completely fabricated repairs. Save your money and steer clear.

I will never in my life come back to this jiffy lube and would encourage others to do the same. Came in for a routine inspection and oil change—they, of course, upsold me so I ended up changing out air filters and rotating my tires as well. Drove my car off the lot and didn’t immediately notice anything but then my car started making a strange knocking noise. Didn’t think much of it. Thought it might be my car readjusting after the tire rotation. Next day the noise was even louder, like a constant scraping. Immediately brought it back in and told them the situation. They very obviously didn’t want to help. The guy helping me checked my oil and said “well you have oil so.. do you still want us to look at it?” To which I replied yes… because the sound is still there. Waited 30 minutes. Didn’t see them lift my car or anything. Just drove it to the front. Let it sit for 10 minutes (with the keys in the car). Came back and said “we didn’t find anything. Have a good day.” Took my car to NTB (upon my dad’s suggestions) a couple of days later and they DID A TEST DRIVE (unlike Jiffy Lube) and immediately identified the issue and fixed it. Great customer service. Car has been driving fine since with no noise. All of that to say, it seems Jiffy Lube either hires anyone, regardless of experience, or is more concerned with money than actually helping customers. Maybe both. Won’t be back.

I visited this location to get a routine oil change and emission testing. During my visit I was told that my brakes were in dire need of replacement because they were at 2mm of thickness. Additionally, I was told my car needed a brake line flush and engine coolant. All of these services would have cost me a little under $700. I requested a print out of these recommendations so that I could take it to my mechanic. They said it would come with the receipt. It did not. I was suspicious when I didn't receive the requested print out of their recommendations for my vehicle. It's almost as if they don't want you to have proof of their shifty practices. Instead, I was given a handwritten explanation of the recommended service and the associated cost. No pictures, no details to highlight the areas of concern that I was originally shown. I took my car in to my family mechanic and they didn't see anything wrong with my brakes. I was told that I was good to drive on my current brakes for at least another year. They didn't see the concerns that Jiffy Lube called out in their "inspection." I cannot in good faith return to this business because they are dishonest and clearly enjoy using fear mongering to upsell patrons on services they don't require. During my visit, I observed them doing a similar thing to a man who brought his car in for a routine service. They try to convince you that they are concerned for your safety and the safety of others. In reality, it is a complete hustle.
