Nelly is an absolute rockstar! Her customer service is top-notch, and I highly recommend studying her approach. I had a flat tire, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my situation was handled efficiently. She coordinated with the guys to get my spare tire and ordered me another tire, which was then shipped to the store closet for me.

I had an amazing experience at NTB thanks to Terrance and Dray! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free while keeping me updated every step of the way. The establishment itself was clean, organized, and ran efficiently, which made the experience even better. Dr. Dray was extremely professional, helpful, and honest throughout the whole experience. He made sure I understood what was going on with my car. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His partner Chris was very helpful as well. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this tire shop to others.

NTB on Louisiana. Don't just don't. I went in April 19th around 11:00am w/ a 3 inch nail stuck in my tires sidewall. I had a brand new tire w/ stickers attached and asked if they could install it. He LITERALLY asked me 9 times with an attitude are you sure it's a new tire w/ proof that it's new because we can't touch it unless purchased from them or new and showing stickers it's new. He could have simply walked outside and confirmed. No compassion or empathy that I'm driving around with this nail. I drove it down to NTB on Richmond and they "walked" outside seen my problem and had my car in the back within 10 minutes.
