Thomas at the team at Take 5 did a great job getting my car maintained. Forthright service recommendations that didn't feel like they were just trying to bump up sales by recommending things I don't need yet. Appreciate balancing preventative maintenance with a budget conscious approach to overall care. That kind of service ensures I’ll be back.
It is my first time using Take 5 for an oil change. I am dissatisfied with their quality of work. The total charge came out to $109 so I would expect them to pay attention to detail. They left oil all over the front of my car. I have used other companies for oil service and not once have they left my car dirty. I do not recommend them and I will not be going back.
Mr. Thomas supplied great customer service. He was very helpful, intentional and was very kind. He offered Cold water, he was very knowledgeable of The issue my vehicle had. He showed me on the Amazon website the parts that I needed to fix the problem and even secure my loose parts in the back of the trunk so that it wouldn’t get damaged or ruin the carpet in my truck. When the parts were ordered, I came back and he installed it without any hesitation And showed great courtesy. Thank you take 5!
I always receive incredible service by the whole team. Especially Trey! The other day I went in for an oil change and told him was going through a rough patch due to a recent death in the family and he asked the last name to give prayers for the family. That truly touched me. That is why I always go for all my oil change needs. They truly go above and beyond for you! They also do state inspections for anyone looking for an affordable place to get them done. 10 out of to recommend this location!
Went in for an oil change. Got the radiator flush and fill also. It was a good deal and my radiator fluid was 8 years old so it was definitely time. The guy working on mine was great and I didn’t get his name but I’m going back for the differential fluid replacement service as well.
