The staff presented an extremely professional and welcoming environment. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted with a great attitude and a bottle of water. The team lead by Rene and Cam with Jacob and Jayvae assisted me extremely quickly and efficiently. I’ve been coming to different take 5’s for years and this location stands out. Their dedication to service reminds me of my time in the service. I will most definitely return to this specific location.

I was very unsatisfied with my experience. I have a fleet accident and I’m always on the road and they kept telling me van was fine and didn’t need service. Had a 7 hr drive and service oil light came on and I’m very upset because I told them what I needed. The location was very unprofessional. Only reason they got 1 star is because they wouldn’t let me move on.

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to the technician Mr Xavier, who assisted me He was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything about my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how patient and informative he was—it made me feel confident and comfortable with the service being provided. It’s not always easy to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers understand their car, but he definitely went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back because of this excellent service!

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! The DM, Nick, helped me with my glove compartment and my A/C filter, thank you Claudia, Kam and Eddie!!! They got me ROLLING!! They work amazingly well together This is why I always come to Take 5 Better than going to Honda!! Update: my skid plate is falling off and I’m at another location having them put it back on This was already a brand new skid plate now it’s ruined

Based on reviews I made my first visit to Take 5 Oil Change on Antoine. The staff did not disappoint. Josh and his crew was friendly, professional and customer service was on point. All work was explained before proceeding and a discount was offered, all while I worked from my car. Yes I would recommend this locate and I will return for my next oil change.
