Very poor service. I waited almost 50 minutes, and they still didn’t start my oil change. Instead, they helped another car. This is the second time I’ve had to wait this long here. The service is extremely slow. I ended up leaving without getting my oil changed. Very disappointing 03/09/26

Omg...I only want the best for my new car purchase and so when the time came to get my first oil change since purchasing my car--I took it to Take 5!! Candace And her entire crew were friendly and knowledgeable and after listening to her expertise regarding high mileage vehicles and the oil best for my car..it was a smooth process to the end! I also would like to say that the water they offer upon arrival to customers is a excellent touch here in H-town. People who love their job and are knowledgeable make being a customer a pleasure. Thanks to Take 5 Candace and her crew for a wonderful first time experience --i'll definitely be back!!

Stay away! Horrible service and will damage your vehicle on purpose. My car was taken in today for an oil change. They wanted to charge $165 and said they did not take coupons, even after being told the coupon was from their very own website. After arguing and leaving paying $90, I wasn't gone for 5 mins when I got a flat. I just got this tire a week ago and for it to go flat was at the cause of the Take 5 staff, I know it! Do not give your business or money to this location. I will be reporting them to the BBB next.

I needed my first Emissions test so I was happy the guys at my favorite Take 5 could take care of me. As usual, they offered me a much appreciated bottle of water while I waited behind only one car in front of me. All three lanes had cars being worked on but they still finished with me within 15 mins of my arrival. The guys are always so friendly and helpful at the Hillcroft/Westheimer location and I love that I don’t need to get out of my car.

Take 5 advertises quick oil changes while you stay in your car, but that wasn’t my experience. Even though I was second in line, I waited over an hour before my car was attended to. On top of that, they removed my lower engine splash shield and handed it back to me instead of reinstalling it, saying it had been bent by the previous oil change. I also paid $135 for an oil change using a lower-grade oil than I’ve received elsewhere for around $90. Overall, the service did not live up to the convenience or value that Take 5 advertises.
