I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! When I arrived, another customer pulled in right after me, and Lala immediately took care of both of us bringing us into the bay and even offering water. I was there for an oil change while the other customer was getting an inspection, and she handled everything smoothly. What really stood out is that Lala was running the entire operation by herself no one else was with her.Even as three more cars showed up, she stayed calm, organized, and incredibly efficient. She was fast, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. I told her how much I appreciated her and that she’s honestly the best employee I’ve seen in the 4 years I’ve been coming to Take 5. I even said she should be promoted to higher management only to find out she’s already a manager, which makes perfect sense! Her professionalism, skill, and work ethic are truly impressive. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of her. Highly recommend! Lala needs to be moved up she is truly the best employee I’ve meet in years that really works like she owns the place!love that seriously as a business owner that dedication is hard to find!!!!!

I stopped by Take 5 today because I was long overdue for an oil change.. my car was literally showing 1% oil life left! A friend recommended Take 5, and I’m so glad they did. From the moment I pulled up, the service was outstanding. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and worked together to make the process quick and easy. A special shoutout to Brandon for taking such great care of my vehicle. Not only did he provide excellent service, but he also took the time to educate me about my car instead of just trying to sell me something. He showed me that I was due for both an engine air filter and a cabin air filter, explained why they were important, and helped me understand what needed attention. Without his honesty and explanation, I would have never known they needed to be replaced, so I went ahead and had it taken care of. The little touches made the experience even better, they even offered me a bottle of water while I waited, which was greatly appreciated!!!!!! Overall, this was one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. Professional, knowledgeable, fast, and genuinely customer-focused. Thank you to Brandon and the entire Take 5 crew for the exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending you to others!

Hello Take 5, my first time as a customer. The service was amazing. All steps were explained as far as of my request and recommendations. I presented with the best package for my vehicle. I was given a recommendation that was much needed. The coupon was a wonderful that help cost of oil change, filter and wipers blade replace. This location rated with at least 4stars. They truly gave there best performance with good hospitality and excellent services, My plans is return to this location. Hope to see you there next time !!! Thanks Take 5🌺

i needed to get my emissions checked for my state sticker. As I pulled up, one of the gentlemen came forward and was super noce. He also asked me if i wanted a bottled water. A second gentleman did the hookup, and quickly went through the check. i don’t think that i was there for 10 minutes (we had some difficulty getting my fuel door to open, which definitely added some time). everyone was courteous and professional. Thank you for a great experience, and with you being not even 5 minutes from my apartment, i will be back when it is time for my oil change!

I went in for an oil change and ended up also getting engine and cabin filter. On my drive home my aluminum motor guard starts dragging. I get out to look and it’s on the ground with like half of the clips missing to hold it in place. Lots of laughing and talking amongst employees was going on and I feel they were paying attention to the work they were doing.
