These guys are amazing! This is the best customer service I’ve received (on many occasions by the way!) in any car service environment. Marcus, MOD sets a high standard for a customer experience to appreciate, and Avanta explained everything with a smile and a great attitude. Not to mention these temps they work in! Get your oil changed here! So worth it! 🤩👏🏼🛢️ Appreciate you guys!

Paul provided a grade A experience. He even shared information about my vehicle that my dealership did not after I’ve been taking my vehicle to the dealership for 8 yrs straight. I received a 5 star experience at Take 5. Big shout out to Paul!

Probably the best time I’ve ever had an oil change! I went about 30 minutes before close, at 7:30 PM. I was greeted enthusiastically by an awesome crew headed by Marcus the manager. Service was fast and efficient and they helped me save with some extra discounts on my cabin air filters. I genuinely felt like they were trying to help me out. The energy of the team was so positive and uplifting, and their communication with each other was great! Would highly recommend Marcus and his team!

Not the take 5 experience I’m use to. I overpay for my oil change at take 5 for the level of service other Take 5 locations have showed me, as well as the speed of that service. They did not offer the customary bottle of water and when I asked for one they said they’d grab it, but never did. On this specific day, I didn’t have my own water and was kinda looking forward to that. Guys were laughing and chatting the whole time, which in itself is not bad, but there was a complete lack of customer focus that subliminally told me “this is how it is here”. They did not check any other fluids or refill washer fluid, check tire pressure, or reset my oil change light. I do think they changed the oil properly, hopefully, but there are plenty of places that can do that cheaper and quicker. Also, took quite a bit longer than the 10 minute promise, and sitting in the car with engine off for extended time in Houston was uncomfortable. I will not return to this Take 5 and likely not another Take 5. I’m leaving 3 stars because the guys were not rude and I ‘think’ they did the main job I was there for which was an oil change. But again, Take 5 is nowhere near the cheapest oil change in town, but the last few visits here felt cheap. Just the facts from a customer perspective.
