I stopped by this Take 5 for an oil change after work last week, just before closing time. Even though they were close to closing, they welcomed me with a smile and never made me feel rushed. The service was excellent, and everyone was incredibly kind. As a young woman, I sometimes feel a little intimidated when it comes to car maintenance because I'm worried about being upsold or taken advantage of. That wasn't the case here at all! Joan and Darrell took the time to explain the entire process, walked me through everything they were doing, and patiently answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid for asking. We ended up chatting about work, the World Cup, and even one of their sweet baby boys. It honestly turned a stressful day into a much better one. I'll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes, and I'll be asking for Joan and Darrell. They're genuinely great guys who provide outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
Jona is very nice person and also very professional. He need a promotion in my opinion.
I came to this location because I was in the area after work and needed to get my state inspection. Tech was so nice and helped me out even though he was about to leave! They offered water while I waited, but overall it didn’t take a long time. Very much appreciate it!
came to this location for an oil change about 3 weeks ago, jona was super helpful and informative. and so was everyone else on the crew that day! they were super nice, accommodating and talkative, they even offered me some water. this is definitely one of the most organized locations i’ve been to.
I believe his name was Jona who attended to me during my visit. Really cool guy and very professional and knowledgeable. Him and Jo worked on my car so quick while sustaining a nice conversation. Take 5 has always been my go to, but that day was just a lovely experience.
