I stopped by this Take 5 for an oil change after work last week, just before closing time. Even though they were close to closing, they welcomed me with a smile and never made me feel rushed. The service was excellent, and everyone was incredibly kind. As a young woman, I sometimes feel a little intimidated when it comes to car maintenance because I'm worried about being upsold or taken advantage of. That wasn't the case here at all! Joan and Darrell took the time to explain the entire process, walked me through everything they were doing, and patiently answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid for asking. We ended up chatting about work, the World Cup, and even one of their sweet baby boys. It honestly turned a stressful day into a much better one. I'll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes, and I'll be asking for Joan and Darrell. They're genuinely great guys who provide outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

The customer service was outstanding. They acknowledged me right away, even as the 5th car in line. I was given a bottled water and asked what services I needed. Everyone that worked on my car was awesome. It felt like a pit crew of 5 guys. All professional, and a couple of them make light conversation. They showed me options for my oil and all worked together efficiently. It was great. They also explained to me their top off service that’s free before you hit 3k miles. I never knew that. I was out in a decent amount of time. I’ll be back and will only go to this location.

I’ve had good experiences in the past, but this place seems to be going through a rough patch. Waited around 20 minutes today for an oil change and gave up. They seemed understaffed but also moving slowly. I tried to call last week to confirm they were doing inspections that day. I’ve previously had trouble with this/showed up and “the guy wasn’t there.” A robot answered my call and was difficult to deal with. I finally got through to a human call center, but she could not reach anyone at this location. She said they would call me back. They did not.

You guys & girl were great. You have a tough job in this heat. One car drives off after service and another one or 2 show up for service. I’m sure it’s a never ending process & but yall handle it with a smile. Great work.
