Honestly had a terrible experience at this location. From the moment we pulled up, the staff was dismissive and harsh, ordering me to open my hood and move into a spot without even a basic greeting. We ended up waiting over 40 minutes for what is supposed to be a quick oil change. During that time, the three employees on duty seemed far more interested in chatting, hanging out, and staring at their phones than actually doing their jobs. Worse, they openly criticized our car while we were sitting right there. Many people work hard for what they drive, and listening to employees mock customer vehicles is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. I will absolutely not be returning and would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Bold move roasting my car when your whole career is unscrewing a metal cap.

Came in for the state inspection. It was very fast only 5 minutes and done. I can sit in my car during the inspection. They even gave me a cold bottle of water on the way and they do air pump for my tires. Definitely I will come back and recommend for anyone I know.

I arrived there to do my state inspection. It appeared to be almost the only station nearby working on the weekends, and even for workdays, they offer very convenient working hours for the people who work the full day. So I managed to do my state inspection without an appointment, it was managed within 10-15 mins, the results were properly mapped to my car, so I managed to review my registration electronically. Great service! Thanks to the team who organized their activity in the best way for the working people

Got there to get some help regarding my emission test and these people were extremely nice, respectful and helpful. Honestly , it felt good to be there. Everybody was caring, they would offer help, offer water, see if you need something. the energy was just there. Good Job lala, Ishmael , Juan, Terrence

Although my vehicle was next in line to be serviced, Take 5 managed to open another service lane causing others cars to "jump the line". I called to check on their prices before going to the location. The representative was helpful and knowledgeable, so I thought. She also offered me a $25.00 off coupon for my oil change. However, the price that was quoted was for the cheapest grade oil available to man. I then requested to speak to the manager. Lela was accommodating, professional and expressed sincere empathy. After she saw my level of disgust 😬, she called her district manager. After going back and forth and toe to toe and in order to appease me, he offered me a additional $10.00 off my oil change. After the dust settled and as a "favor to him" he wanted me to give Take 5 a positive Google review. To add insult to injury, he referred to me as "Mama" Yes, I'm a mother but I'm not your mother. Do not address me as "Mama". You either ask for my permission to call me that or don't call me that at all. He then told Lela that he didn't say that. Yes, I'm a mother but I am not hard of hearing.
