I had a great experience here. Myron took care of my car and did a really solid job. He was professional and made sure everything was done right. What stood out was his attitude. He was learning from a coworker while working on my car and still stayed focused on doing things properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. The whole process was quick and easy. I’ll be coming back. Definitely recommend.

I had an outstanding experience at the Take 5 Oil Change on Kirby Drive. From the moment I arrived, David greeted me with a smile and even offered me a bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The other gentleman who helped me at the computer (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire team worked efficiently, completed my oil change and inspection quickly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, personable, and truly seemed to care about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find service this welcoming and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and will happily recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you, David, and the entire team, for such a wonderful experience!

Inspection- the wait was long at this location. Arrived around 10 am. They moved me from 1 lane to another. Offered water that was cool temperature. Thank u. Staff coverage included at least 5 employees. Observed the manager available to troubleshoot issues but not assisting with customer service. Some vehicles left.

4/14/2026 I have been sitting here for 35mins just for some Air. The manager over here is beyond RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. When I asked after 20mins about air, the Manager proceeds to say You have to wait your turn, and turns his back. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST TAKE 5 EVER. 3 cars left w/o honking their horn for great service. 7740 Kirby has only 2 active workers EUN AWAY FROM THERE FAST

Friendly fast confident and convenient. I spent more than planned but definitely necessary. Thanks for being thorough and fit making sound suggestions of replacements. Those filters looked scary lol
