I had a really positive experience overall. I don’t get oil changes very often, so I wasn’t totally sure where to go or what to do when I arrived. I initially pulled up near the service area, then backed up to park, and that’s when a very kind gentleman came out and asked how he could help. I told him I needed an oil change, and he calmly explained where to line up, which was very helpful and immediately put me at ease. I didn’t catch his name, but he was the same person who later helped me at the end by giving me the sticker for my next oil change and helping reset the oil life indicator, which I really appreciated. All of the other employees were also friendly and professional throughout the service. The service itself was smooth and efficient. While the price is on the higher side and cost is an important factor for me, I would definitely return when I have a coupon or discount. Overall, the customer service made the experience a good one. The total was $102 after applying a $15 discount for a full synthetic oil change.
Very good service when coming in to get a state inspection. The service was fast and effective also with each employee looking clean and neat in their uniforms as well as the shop.

Andrew was super energetic and had a great attitude. Made the experience kinda fun.. if you can describe oil changes and emissions testing as fun, lol. Will definitely come back to this location time and time again!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!!
