My experience was great from start to finish. I called and no one answered, but I received a text message. That was cool. I scheduled my appointment and that was super easy. I made a mistake on my insurance paperwork and they inquired about it immediately and it was rectified quickly. Efrain and Dr. Sattam are really personable, knowledgeable and professional. I've been having and issue with dry eyes and eye fatigue and Dr. Sattam did an evaluation and she thoroughly explained to me what's going on and provided a recommendation that has been working beautifully. I'm beyond satisfied with my service. I really enjoyed the esthetics. From the sofa in the front to the desk in the back, it's quite lovely. I really do like my glasses. They were ready within the timeframe that I was told that they would be. I also received free cleaning spray, case, and a cloth. It's very convenient that they're in my neighborhood.

Dr. Sattam and Efrain are fantastic. They are professional and friendly. Great office with high tech equipment and a wide selection of unique frames. I highly recommend EaDo Optic for top notch eye care.

The entire staff here make everything about the process of booking appointments, the appointments, ordering glasses/contacts, and getting help on what your insurance covers so easy. And they are so nice!!!! Also the doctor actually cared about my issues (this is a rare experience for me). I would recommend coming here. It is a great local business and deserves the praise.

Had a great experience here. Efrain was really knowledgeable and patient, and Dr. Sattam is clearly an expert in her field. Both took the time to be thorough, which I appreciated. Easily the most informative eye exam I’ve been to. Left feeling well taken care of.
