Aesthetic’s and area aren’t super appealing, but the staff was excellent! We were a little turned off at first, because we were used to going to an independently owned eye doctor. Once we saw the doctor and the person who does the initial assessment, our opinions changed for the better. Even the front desk staff were additional good as well. Almost forgot, shout out to Dr. Gabrielle Hinton she was very thorough and reminded us of our previous optometrist. We had no questions, because she explained everything in detail ensuring that everything suited our needs and satisfaction. Thanks for the comforting care

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There's no pressure to sell you glasses unlike other eye places. They gave me my prescription with no fuss. The exam was thorough. Also, pricing was pretty affordable compared to other places i called.

My son had his eyes checked here, and I paid 300 yuan for glasses, but they broke. I asked them to replace them, but they gave me the most basic glasses with no protection—they're practically blinding. I requested a re-examination, but the front desk keeps rescheduling my appointment. It's a 40-minute drive for me, and I've had to make two wasted trips. The front desk staff were very rude. Now I have to pay again for the re-examination and new glasses.

I did my eye exam there and the doctor recommended glasses. I got the glasses made, but they are not fitting my vision correctly. When I walk outside and look far away, I feel dizzy and like I might fall down. When I look down, the ground doesn’t seem straight, it looks curved, and it feels like I’m falling toward it. I also feel like my body height seems much shorter while wearing these glasses.
